Pros zero noise issues the first night I was there, free laundry facility for guests Maintenance personnel was friendly and quick. A few individually wrapped items were given for grab-and-go breakfast oatmeal packets, hardboiled eggs, cheese sticks, and apple juice Cons very outdated and overall look of not being kept in a state of repair Shower didn't drain, had to request maintenance the door didn't lock when leaving unless you slamming it, had to request maintenance there were no washcloths in the room, had to request noise at 8 am the second night I was there, no cleaning, didn't use the dishwasher, but it was filthy and spacious homeless encampment across the street pillows were lumpy and lousy exercise room and equipment were filthy. They need more than just the sanitizing wipes provided, their breakfast provides the worst I have ever had anywhere can't drink it no exhaust fan in the bathroom no sign of disturbance. The close up mirror in the bathroom had a light but it didn't work floors dirty and dirty, walking around in bare feet before taking a shower and the bottoms were black from dirt.

What a disappointment! First off, the good point. On the weekend, the restaurants that shared the property did not fill the parking lot. My husband and I had stopped using this hotel for that reason a couple of years ago when we were told to park across the street in the rules parking lot. Due to it's proximity to Mercy General Hospital on I Street where my husband had been admitted, I decided to stay at this hotel once more. The first night I stepped into the bathtubshower to shower and discovered a glob of maybe conditioner or shampoo on the back wall with quite a collection of long black hair streaming from it. I actually wondered how clean this place is. The following morning, I left my room around 830 to go to the hospital and put a please clean sign on the door. Then I returned after 500 that evening and discovered that no one touched the room. Dirty towels, dishes, and garbage were still as I had left almost 7 hours earlier. When I went to the front desk to request clean towels, there were several cleaning staff sitting around chatting with each other. It was after 500. I. I. Couid was still being used as a reason not to have the usual breakfast selection, which used to be excellent. Why don't they enforce the mask mandate that was in effect? Never again.
