In New York City, the heating season runs from October 1 through May 31, during which hotels must maintain specific indoor temperatures. We do not have built-in AC. Our air conditioners are manually installed in the windows during the summer and removed at the start of the heating season in October. Depending on the weather, installation or removal may occur slightly earlier or later, but we always comply with NYC heating regulations.Air-conditioning is available from June 1 to October 1, or slightly later depending on the weather, and is not guaranteed outside this period.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
