It’s located in an ideal area of Key West with easy access to many fantastic tourist sites and restaurants. The rooms are cottages, both pleasant and private. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The only pimple is something they have no control over: roaming roosters and chickens that are both noisy and messy despite robust cleaning efforts.

Pros: The staff is very accommodating & the hotel is clean. In the common area they serve breakfast in the morning & coffee all day, along with a small bar with limited hours. It also has a microware & ice machine. The hotel is centrally located - half way between both sides of Duval (which is 1 block away). The bed was very comfortable. There were robes in the room along with a small fridge. Excellent restaurant 1/2 block away. Other facts: It is a small hotel; parking is limited to 4 spaces; no jacuzzi; pool is small & room does not have a safe. Perfect place to stay if you want to get some quiet time away from the excitement of Duval St. - except for the roosters, of course, but the A/C drowns most of crowing.

The best part of our visit was hearing Weird Al Yankovic's "Amish Paradise" echoing down Whitehead Street from the Ernest Hemingway House. Who knew that his ghost had such great taste in tunes. (Not being sarcastic, this was awesome)

Definitely going to stay here again and we did after our flights were canceled because of hurricane Idalia. We were able to stay 2 more days in paradise. Beautifully decorated room and perfect location for walking to restaurants. (Moondog right across the road) In all my 30 years of travel this is the most courteous and helpful staff we have ever experienced. Kudos to all of them for one of the best trips ever. Y'all made it awsome!

Very unique hotel close to everything downtown Key west has to offer. This is my third stay at this property and I’ll return again. Nice tranquil property with a lot of trees and foliage, small pool and bar area just big enough. Cute individual bungalows. The only issue was the AC was broken in my unit but they replaced it within 1 hour of being noticed with a brand new one! Continental breakfast free 8-10am. This place is good for everyone, families, couples or friends.
