The theme with this hotel is they do not have attendance there that are readily available. Everything is electronic. We had problems trying to check out we called for help. They said just leave a key on the counter and they’ll catch it. I still think I like an attendant available

My husband picked livAway and I was not thrilled…BUT upon our arrival I loved the simplicity of it, how clean it was, how everything in the room was made of material that could be cleaned and sanitized! I rested better than I have in a hotel in a long time. The fact that the rates were reasonable and the room was set up in a way you could be comfortable for overnight or stay for a week. With the kitchen set up, you can economically stay for an extended time and not break the bank.. The only things I would recommend would be that they put a hook in the bathroom to hang your clothes on and there was no tissues in our room which could possibly be an oversight - neither being a reason I would hesitate to recommend this hotel. Next time we need a hotel in the Provo area, they will be the first place we check.’

Staff was polite and helpful. Easy check in and out. Felt very safe. Like the homey feel of the rooms with convenient kitchen. Our room had a sour smell, like someone had just cooked food but it was bearable. Beds and pillows were comfy. Wish they had blackout curtains. The blinds let the sun in big time. Would stay here again. Good value.

As a solo traveler, I found this hotel to be perfect for my needs. Simple, incredibly clean, a full modern kitchen with all new appliances including dishware, modern decor, plenty of space, easy access to nearby restaurants & gas stations. Perfect for me. I could easily stay here for several days or months if need be. The staff was friendly & talkative. Bed was comfy enough for me with lots of pillows. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that I would have liked to have had a luggage rack, but it's still a new hotel, so there's still some growing going on. I'll definitely stay here again.

I love the concept of this hotel. It's very reasonably priced, and from the way I understand it, gets even better the longer you stay. Bottom line they cut out the frills to give to the things you really need to make your stay enjoyable. Staff was very helpful and kind I wish they were in the Fort Worth area. Next time I'm in Utah I'm looking first for this hotel. Side note, smart laundry will text you when it's finished!

This hotel is very new. The guest rooms are spacious and equipped with various smart amenities, including a large refrigerator, a stylish high-capacity smart microwave, and a dishwasher (with detergent provided). The room features a neat, attractive armchair and two dining chairs. The TV is new and the bed is very comfortable, though the quality of the bedding is just average. The towels are brand new and soft, and the bathtub has a non-slip surface. The elevators operate smoothly and respond quickly. Although my English isn't great, a staff member named Megan was friendly and patient while helping me check in. Thanks to Megan's warmth, I decided to extend my stay for another night. While online reviews mentioned issues with soundproofing, it didn't bother me much, as I grew up in a large family environment. Parking here is both convenient and secure. I really like this hotel and hope it continues to thrive.
