This place is long-term residential in nature. You can't count on someone at the desk except for certain hours, and my room was not serviced during the 8 days I was there. Coffee is provided from a machine only four hours a day, and during my stay the machine went empty and there was no sugar. That said, my room was spacious and had what one needs for a long-term stay.

The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others!

It's a very clean location. It's straightforward and simple. Easy to check in and check out. They have everything a typical hotel has (minus the pool). The rooms are nice, clean, simple. It's great if you're looking for a place to sleep, which is all we needed. We had activities away from the hotel and literally only needed a place to put our heads at night. There's no frills. It's also a block from a large shopping area with lots of restaurants, so that was nice.

Overall excellent facility and location. Spartan in-room amenities - 1 roll of TP, one bar of soap; no dish soap for the kitchen. Since it is designed for longer term stays, this makes sense. My visit was one night so it was fine. Easy self-service check-in, great workout area, easy to locate snack and soda machine. Very quiet. Spacious room.

Best extended stay I’ve been to. Brand new and accessible. Only issue was the side door keyless entry wasn’t working my last day which meant for a longer walk in/out to my room. Otherwise, perfect stay.
