This property was in a GREAT location. It was small but it was clean and provided the necessities. The only thing it didn’t have that I wish it did was a mirror. We had little space to store our luggage so the room became a lil cramped also. But again, for the location alone, it’s worth the money.

The property is kept in great condition. The beds are excellent. The staff is very responsive to any need or problem you might encounter with contactless check in and stay. The room decor is very contemporary and nice. The amenities are well thought out and adapted to a passenger’s needs.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was nice not having to talk to a person to check in and check out, that made it more efficient than traditional hotels. I loved how the door automatically locked when you left or entered the room. I loved that there was a roku tv with all the essential apps many people watch shows and movies on today and I also loved that there was a mini fridge. One thing I feel like could’ve been a little bit better was the cleanliness of the floor in the bathroom, but other than that, again, I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.

Did not like the fact that on the website it list parking, but there is no on site parking. You have to pay for parking on the street or in a parking garage. At night the noise level was pretty bad. Other guests coming in at 2:00 am yelling, slam their room doors, blasting music and going back and forth from room to room. They had no regard for other guests sleeping.

We didn't realize that we were getting a condo-hotel at the time of booking. So no daily cleaning, no fresh towels and inability to store luggage were disappointing. The room was also very small, and there was no space to hang clothes.

The Jurny Hotel and Suites is the prime location of south beach. The staff at check-in was not helpful it was a little complicated to get into the hotel as well as the room. I was not aware that there would be no housekeeping until you left. Everything is contactless which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. Some of the electronics in the room were not working correctly. The best part of my stay was the balcony. The rooms are extremely small. The only way I would stay back at this hotel again if I had the same room with a balcony. Aside from that I’m not sure if I would recommend this to someone who has come to South Beach for the first time.
