I want to express how much i adore the level of customer service that kawanna provides! She is always so kind, sweet, attentive, and very helpful. Also, a special thanks to bruce as well hes helpful, competent, kindand has excellent customer care.

The customer service provided by the front desk was exceptional. The location is convenient, conveniently located near the strip and with numerous restaurants nearby. While the room was satisfactory, it may not have been the best, but it was nonetheless not the worst. Additionally, the housekeeping staff were exceptional and extremely helpful. Overall, this experience was not a negative one.

First things first, the staff, mr. Bruce kawanna, peace, and dj, are wonderful hard workers who keep on top of things. The room is very nice and friendly. However, outside work can be improved, there are a lot of people who dont pick up after their dogs or take them somewhere else that is not koo. Kids areas need to be built, especially for families staying for ages.

Ive been here for a long time, and as i moved to las vegas on short notice without locating anywhere to stay, thankfully, this hotel was found. It provides all the comforts of home, including utensils, full kitchen, large refrigerator, stove, dishes, etc., everything you could need for an extended or short stay. The strip is only tucked away, with plenty of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. I have also been very pleased with the customer service ive received here, the manager, brenn, undeniably goes above and beyond to ensure ensuring opulent experiences. Without if you are looking for another place to live, look no further than this place.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff are very nice and helpful. It is close to restaurants and shops. Pets are accepted at the motel.

I want to express my gratitude to esas entire staff, especially saffire. She was always very friendly, and whenever i had any questions or concerns, she was willing to answer them in a friendly and professional manner. The room ive stayed in also had everything he could possibly need, namely tv, refrigerator of varying sizes, dishwasher, stove, etc. Thank you so much, sir stanley and essex for making me feel at home.

This place has a good location for pets. Then, the place is ok to park if you bring your trailer, but its t hard to find. After, they provide many restaurants nearby. Subsequently, this place was affordable and comfortable. Thereupon, theres incredibly helpful staff.

You get what you pay for. Its inexpensive and in a poor neighborhood. Next to id give it four stars for if youre looking for something less expensive in the area. There are some shady people around, but unless you keep quiet and look where you are going, you should be fine. Walking to the bus stop is fine during the day, although it can be teetering at night. My room was spotless as for the hotel itself. Think packaged muffins, snack bars, and coffee for breakfast, which is merely grabbing and taking. For supplies and other items, ask the front desk. Bar soap is only bar soap, no shampoo. I give this hotel 2-4 stars overall. You receive whatyou payfor. Because it was the cheapest thing in town, ive chosen it. The next time, im going to choose

When it comes to resolving unusual and unusual circumstances and behaviors of those in the lobby or on the property, dorette and her front desk staff are as helpful, pleasant, and respectful as they can be. Ive never experienced a property issue that hasnt been resolved quickly. Mrs. Rita and all her housekeeping employees do everything in their power to get the hotel rooms in rentable condition under the circumstances where guests frequently leave the rooms. Breakfast is merely muffins, granola bars, or oat meal packages like it is an allyoucaneat buffet, but because guests are taking too much food such as muffins for breakfast, cereal bars etc., items that are eatable are now kept at the front counter. Even though you think you are emptying entire containers without regard for other hotel visitors, the staff does their best to keep condiments stocked according to the conditions. Due to this area, there are plenty of vagrants present, so the hotels employees make the best use of what they have. However, corprate still allows rooms to be cleaned upon checkout or every two weeks, with the exception of requiring ten dollars to pay before the twoweek period. The front desk employee was very helpful when i needed assistance with my wifi connection. Very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend them! The staff is amazing, the place is immaculate, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done. The housekeeping staff takes great care of their guests and provides excellent customer service at the front counter.

I havent had any issues with the cleanliness, and the staff, dj and brenny and sapphire, have been extremely helpful for the duration of my stay. Ive been here since february, so ive recently requested a new mattress due to normal wear and tear. Bruce immediately accommodated me, while draco makes sure i have my trash bag and towels. They are all very kind and helpful as soon as ill get off work. For those who need sanitizing and tidy living, this is the place to be.
