The hotel is a combination of Main Stays and a comfort inn. We stayed in a main stay suite. The room was fine. The bedding was thin. The bed frame was metal and made a lot of noise. The hallways were not carpet so the noise when people walked by was louder because there was no carpet to absorb the sound. These all were just minor inconveniences. The biggest issue was the bathroom smell. We were on the 1st floor and the bathroom in our room smelled like sewage. The smell makes you want to gag. The other thing is the bathroom is tiny. The door grazes the toilet when you open it. It’s just cramped. The WiFi wasn’t great. There are lots of options to fast food places to eat at nearby and shops to get things. I like that the suite had a full size fridge, a stove top, and glasses and plates. Overall we wouldn't stay again but it wasn’t a terrible experience just not as comfy as we’re used to when we stay at hotels. For the price, it’s worth it.

Check your showerhead when you check in. Mine didn’t work and it was a huge ordeal just to get another one

It was so bad that we didn't stay. Our first room had a balcony with glass doors overlooking a pool and looking across to other rooms. There were no drapes! Anyone in the other rooms could see in and there would have been no way to keep the room dark once the sun came up. We asked for another room. The front desk worker said they were full but then checked and found another room and moved us. It had 2 beds...no linens, just bare mattresses! The kicker was the lights didn't work. We were in complete darkness. At that point I was done. The hallways smelled like smoke. The desk attendant was courteous, but that was the only good thing. We left and I'm going to be asking for a refund
