I LOVE THIS HOTEL! It is in the most perfect location for a fabulous time at The Island without even having to get in your car. This hotel is beautiful and well planned out. I love the island vibe! It has a great roof top bar and pool that overlooks the fountain at the island. It smells great and is very welcoming! The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable! Cons: The shutters on the balcony doors let in way too much light... I felt like I was sleeping with the lights on. The fireplace doesn't work after the 1st of May (I believe that should be changed to June 1 as May can still be chilly). It is a huge, sprawling hotel so if you have mobility issues the walk can seem like forever (as experienced once before when traveling with my Mother).

A luxury motel worth every penny! Location is outstanding. Our room was spacious and room to move around. We will definitely be returning in August. Only drawback, we chose to park our own car and not use valet service. Don't quite understand why off-site parking is charged it’s a small walk. Trolley was never available as we were coming or leaving. Overall our granddaughter enjoyed her visit.

The hotel was so nice, clean, convenient, and had great amenities, with choices of views, multiple bars/eateries, coffee shop, rooftop pool overlooking the Island and water show. The rooms had everything we needed and even an in-room jacuzzi tub. We were able to access the hotel from various places in the island(very helpful when super hot or in sudden rain showers. The valet service was quick and very convenient.

This place was great and convenient to The Island. The staff was Great and Renee was very accommodating. The representative at the information desk in the main lobby was very pleasant and helped with all questions we had and even gave a few recommendations. Our room was perfect and our balcony view was just beautiful! We will be coming back to stay again.

This is a great place. Whether relaxing, shopping or celebrating this place has it all! Walking distance to area attractions and if you don’t enjoy walking there is a trolley that will take you all over the area! The rooms are nice sized and some have balconies which is nice for unwinding in the evening. There is also a rooftop bar with a pool that overlooks the area. The actual “check in “ area where you do valet or unload is a little difficult to get to and the streets outside are one way in areas but that is the only downside. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Plenty to do within walking distance. central location to Gatlinburg and Severville. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a riverfront room with a balcony. Great for coffee in the morning and to unwind in the evening. Only thing I missed was a place for breakfast at the resort. There is a Starbucks on property if that works for you. I have dietary remand they had nothing I could eat. Overall I loved the resort and would definitely stsy again
