Amazing hotel experience!! The room and hotel were extremely clean . The location was perfect. We could easily walk to most locations that we visited. And the others were eaisly accessible by public transport or a short uber ride. The frint desk and concierge were extremely helpful and pleasant. The infused water and lical experiences that they provided each day were amazing. My kids 12& 14 loved the deck with ping pong and other games as well as the board games in the upper lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book for our next trip to San Francisco

Great visit. Friendly, helpful staff, well-appointed room, and a quick walk down to the waterfront. It was short trip so we weren’t able to take advantage of some of their fun offerings (sourdough tasting, walking tour…) - next time!

This was a perfect stay for our first family trip to San Francisco. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Valet was great. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. And the location was perfect for all our activities. Would love to stay there again.

Very nice location and great hotel for families. Walking distance to fisherman’s wharf. Was disappointed to find out an extra $80 a night parking charge after we booked but that is probably pretty standard for all hotels in the area.

My family and I stayed here and it was such a great experience. The staff were very attentive and always willing to serve. The room was very clean and it was as we expected in general. The hotel is close to the Pier 39 and one block away drop the cable car. We were will definitively stay here again.

Our family had a great stay. . Every detail of our stay was attended to. The experience and attention to detail is outstanding. Fun activities for kids, walking distance to some of the best attractions in SF. San Francisco is not a place for driving and parking. Stay here and walk.

Great location to base yourself for a few nights. We were there with 2 kids aged 9 and 13 and felt the location was great for walking to all areas and city center when we felt energetic! Felt safe walking around in day or early hours of darkness.
