Happy with the cleanliness and the service (shout out to the doorman!) . Location is great, especially if you want to explore newbury street, plus it is near from airport shuttle pick up point as well. Lobby is very nice and cozy. The free coffee was good as well.

The value of money is great for the money and this hotel is just great. It's hard to describe how stunning this hotel is. The amazing service is what truly highlights this place. They always recognize my fan status and the number of nights I have stayed there, which means a lot. Other places treat you like you're you first time with no recognition. No questions are asked, they upgrade me to the room type I want. Breakfast is included as a fan. As a fan, you're given complimentary breakfast. You can basically select any benefit you'd like, such as early checkout, free dining credit for $50, free dessert to your room, turn down service, hot chocolate at night, and coffee in the morning. How wonderful this place is is hard to describe. Closed to the financial center, it makes strolling and shopping a pleasure. The personnel are extremely competent, treat you courteously, and remember to do everything. I think of all of the Mandarins I've stayed at, which are many, while the rooms are great but kind standard, the service and people make this the best Mandarin in the world. A wonderful place to be, good value, I'd never try another hotel in Boston. Excellent job, Boston.

Checking was a nightmare. Never received a text to tell us our room was ready. The front desk personnel were cold and never smiled or thanked me. The friendliest staff, in fact, were 2 men at the street level entrance. The rooms were clean and in a great location, but the unwelcoming staff will make us think about staying in a different hotel for our next visit.

The Wyatt Regency on the Ave de la Fayette is in a great location. It is close to numerous points of interest. The hotel is very well maintained, offers many different local cuisine, and is a great place for dining and culture. The staff went above and beyond to make the group have a good time.

The decor in the room is nice and the hotel staff is so friendly. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the room just feels cozy. We just came from New York City and stayed 4 star here, but that's so much better. This hotel deserves 5 stars.

I appreciate your kindness to everyone. I hope all of your requests were satisfied. This place is excellently placed with beautiful river views. The gym is fully equipped. The staff is excellent, especially the bustling front desk supervisors Frank Franke, Nick Currant, and the rest of the front desk staff. The valet supervisor roger works tirelessly and effectively with all his valet team members. The employees on the F I staff, jurgen William, were also outstanding managers. Housekeeping was efficient and hardworking. The coffee shop team gets praise too.

At the end of January, we had a companywide offsite meeting and reception at the Fairmount. The experience was absolutely delightful, from the start of the planning process to the end of the event. Lauren and her team paid close attention to every detail and made sure the process and day of the event went as smoothly as possible. Thanks in particular to Lauren, her team, and Ramon, Julio, Betty, and Camels for the evening reception. Their amiable hospitality was greatly appreciated. I'm hoping to host more events there in the future.
