The staff is always so very helpful and courteous. I forgot some items in my room and the staff held on to them for me until I came back. Most places would have either thrown my stuff away or kept them. I appreciated the integrity as I've learned a lot of places in this have simply do not have.

Looks are deceiving. The room could be a little cleaner but after I cleaned off the doors and all the table tops it was just fine. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've had on this trip so much so that I booked even more nights. Best value for my dollar and would highly recommend to anyone on a budget to stay at the Mayo

We needed a place to stay overnight while traveling thru Roswell. The room was clean, huge TV with many channels, very comfortable bed and the bathroom was nice and clean!! I would definitely stay here again. 👍👍👍

This is an older hotel with so much charm. My room was very cozy and clean. Cable TV and Internet were quick and all was in working order. The shower had good pressure and I love the bed; very comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to me and my service animal. I will stay there again on my way back to South Carolina. Very good location and the price was perfect

It’s a no frills Motel, but a good one. Needed a place to crash with my family on a road trip. Can’t comment on the WiFi because I didn’t use it, but the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. It looked like the bathroom had been recently upgraded and was quite nice. Beds comfortable. Check in was friendly and fast. Neighborhood wasn’t ritzy, but it felt safe. It’s a single story, so all rooms are on the ground floor—no dragging luggage up the stairs after a long day. The only thing I didn’t like was an odd smell in the bathroom—it didn’t smell organic, probably an industrial strength cleaning product. I would definitely stay there again next time I pass through.

Very good motel in Roswell! Of course it's a budget option, so don't expect 5 star luxury. But for a basic motel it was actually really, really good! The cleanliness is exceptional. You can tell it's very well taken care of. The bed is very comfortable with a memory foam mattress topper. Bathroom, kitchenette, everything is clean and in a good condition. For this price you can't ask for more. Also it is a family run motel and they put their heart and soul into it.
