Had an overnight stay. The online recheck in made the process much faster and simpler when we arrived at the hotel. We found our room to be clean and spacious. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner with a nice sized shower and fantastic water pressure. Got a great night of sleep with a comfortable bed, quiet room and well functioning AC. An added plus is we were traveling with our dog and they offered a convenient area for him to do his business. He liked that they gave him a treat when we arrived. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations and staff. We will definitely be staying there again when we are in the area.

The room looked like it had just been updated. I liked the fact that they had walk-in showers instead of tubs. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet. And I liked the full-sized pillows rather than the smaller ones other places have gone to recently. Negatives: Minor. A bigger parking lot would help as well as a bit more shelf space in the bathroom.

I was a solo traveler and I stayed here one night. I did the online registration ahead of time. I arrived after 9pm and the desk person was so friendly and helpful. He had my key ready and lso assisted in getting me a couple snacks. The room was a second floor, good for female solo, cool and very clean and welcoming. Bed and pillows comfortable and water pressure great. Soft towels. I did have a little issue with the lights in the bathroom when I was applying makeup, hard to see. I felt safe in this hotel and area. Dunking Donuts next door is a bonus. Breakfast area was well maintained, many food choices and fresh. I chatted with a nice couple at breakfast, very welcoming area. Desk person in the morning was kind and helpful. Another little perk i liked was you can checkout on your phone when you leave. Will definitely come back. I definitly recommend this for solo travelers,

Can't beat the proximity to St. Bonaventure University, as it's literally across the road. Shops and eateries nearby as well.
