Room was clean and comfortable. Best wheelchair accessible room I've stayed in so far! Parking lot is worn, but usable.

They have made many improvements to upgrade the hotel, and all the construction was completed. Had a good breakfast and very convenient for using the Groome Shuttle

I stay here every time I go to the mayo clinic... Clean rooms, staff is always friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, parking is easy, close to shopping and food, directly across the street from the Mayo infusion center, and free shuttle to the main mayo clinic downtown.

Aside from our microwave in the room not working and the iron leaking, everything was great.

Room was clean if outdated. The carpet has been replaced since my last stay. The breakfast was poor - overripe fruit, no eggs, no yogurt choices, etc. Front desk staff were very helpful. My stay met my expectations, as I have stayed here before. Good value for the money.

Three adults in a room with two queen size beds with four pillows on each. The beds were nicely made and firm for sleeping, and man were they comfortable. We slept so good. The room was tidy, had a good amount of towels, had a closet and safe, a nice sitting counter with two chairs, and a cushioned window nook for reading or scrolling next to the window. The cushion was stained, probably from kids, but I didn't find it to be a big deal-I'm not at a Holiday Inn. The walls are thin but didn't cause a problem for us. The key card initially worked but not after that though we left our room only once. Their continental breakfast is superb! Make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, toast & bread, bagels, cream cheese, apple and orange juice. We will stay here again.

Very clean room...very comfortable beds and I loved the bedding! The staff was kind and helpful! The breakfast was very good! I love that they had hot chocolate always available because that is my go to comfort drink after a long day at Mayo Clinic! The only problem that we encountered was that the heat was difficult to control!
