I loved Motels location, everything was in walking distance. Motel was doable for stay. Only downfall was it had an old smell. The area did not have any hotels, more like Hostels, Beach dorm like and cottages. Overall I was pleased with my stay and with the helpful staff. I’d definitely come back.

This place has wonderful service. The receptionist, Claudio and ridge, are excellent bartenders who keep us laughing while we wait for our room to be ready. The room was comfortable, and they always keep us laughing.

A budget motel very close to the beach. There are many good restaurants nearby that are still accessible on foot. I like the swimming pool. Staff are attentive and prompt. We always stay at Mission Bay Motel when in San Diego.

Yes, this is our happiest place on earth. I adore this place. I am happy here. We check in, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We stop by for smoothies and then stroll along the beach. The location is unrivaled. There are many wonderful locations easily accessible on foot. We enjoy the shops and eateries directly across the street. The motel is spotless, comfy, and perfectly perfect.

Hotels and motels in the pub area are quite expensive. I only learned this the last time I was in the area as I walked past it. They are not listed on booking websites and phone reservations are made. I had previously stayed at a couple of other motels just a 5-minute walk from here for over $100 more per night, so this was a good deal! The location is across the beach and close to all bars and restaurants. Slightly older motel with a musty smoke odor in the room, but the room was clean, weighing well, and the free parking was a good deal. Would love to come back here again if in the area.

location location- about 1 block from the Beach! For the price will be coming back again. Its a motel- no frills- good bed to sleep in, hot water for shower. Its right on the street so noisy- felt safe :)- i was surprised for the $10 daily parking as well for the $3 daily beach clean up fee.... I feel that should have been noted at booking or just add that in the charges up front.

If your trip to the area is short, this is a nice place to lay your head. There are a couple of establishments near by that can be rather noisy, especially since you will need to keep the windows open to have air circulation, so if you are an early to bed kind of person this might not be the best choice.

Staff was super friendly and nice, no AC (fans and open windows), no fridge or microwave (which for the price you pay you would think they could supply a fridge at least. Floors were honestly dirty.... (Like my feet were black) Sheets were not soft and towels were barely big enough to dry you off but you get what you get with a motel. Pool was great, location is what you pay for!!!!!! Its near everything and that is the only perk of this place. If it actually had a fridge in each room then my rating of this stay would be much much much higher.
