Quality Inn is easy to get to from the interstate and local roads. Easy access to the parking lot. The employees are friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here on my next visit thru Elkhart.

This is a reasonably good stopover spot along the Indiana Tollway. The hotel was fine. Condition was rated lower here only because they have an extensive renovation underway, so there was evidence of construction in the hallways and a bit in the room itself. Nothing to cause any real inconvenience. First room they put us in smelled pretty strongly of smoke (even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking property). The clerk promptly and cheerfully moved us down the hall, with complete apologies, and the new room was just fine. Breakfast is pretty average. A very quiet and restful stay.

Overall, it was a good stay at this location. The main carpets and steps are old and in need of some minor repairs. The room was excellent, has a very comfy bed and the shower was terrific. The room could use an overhead light over by the desk. And I would ask for an extra blanket. Parking was plentiful and the lot was clean and in good shape. Both folks at the front desk were polite, professional and helpful. In a good location too as there was a Perkins and a Cracker Barrel within walking distance!

I've stayed here several times and it is good value and in a neighborhood with many motels--Hiltons, Marriotts and so forth. The room is clean, big and nice and the AC, fridge and microwave work well. The internet is good. The parking lot has trash, as usual, but the lawn was cleaner this time as it was being mowed. That said, there are nice properties next door to walk dog. For some reason they always take $20 cash pet deposit you you need to remember to collect it in the morning. Lots of good restaurants just 5 minutes away

Inside the room was better than outside; the room was very comfortable (except for a noisy air-conditioning unit) and clean, and the mattress wonderful. All lamps used LEDs that made reading easy anywhere in the room. The breakfast was so-so and parking somewhat limited, but the price was a good value and I plan to stay here again.

Overall, the stay was good, with the room being very comfortable and the bed using a Serta Concierge Emerald mattress.(I might just buy one of these if I can locate it.) The room was quite clean, more so than the hallways were, and very well lit with LED bulbs (some of the best I've seen in a motel). Adequate hot water emerged quickly from the bath spout and continued without letup until I was finished. The property isn't new, but it's decent, especially for the low price I paid. I plan to stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is in some pretty rough shape. But, the owners are rebuilding after a fire that had them closed for a very lengthy time period. Considering these circumstances, I am impressed. Just minor inconveniences. However, for the price? Can’t beat it

The staff was wonderful! Logan and Steph was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Thank you for great service. The only real problem was we had no pool for the 7 days we stayed. I had kids and it was a bummer... but over all Id give it and 7 out of 10.
