Triple safe locks on room. Courtesy staff. Clean room & lot (mowed nicely). Air conditioning & refrigerator with freezer. Towels & toilet paper in room. Parked right outside room. Very nice stay at this Motel 6. Excellent 5 star rating for this Motel 6 and staff. Thank you for a great overnight stay!

Was provided the password to the WiFi upon check-in, but it would not connect. Called the front office twice about 30 minutes apart to find out if it was down and let it ring at least 50 times each with no answer. Talked to same desk manager at check-in and maybe the owner/manager the next morning at check-out to complain. The owner/manager said I should have called and I told him I did with the details above. He said they would do better. Also, the cold water knob was so difficult to turn that my wife could not turn it off. I was able to do so. Told them at check-out about the problem. There was one towel and one floor mat rolled up like a towel instead of two towels. There was a second floor mat available. Told them at check-out about the problem. No shampoo or conditioner was provided. Did not call since we bring our own.

Plenty of parking. The building is pretty old, I think they in the process of remodeling some room. Our room was okay: ac, microwave and frig are all working well. The shower was tricky, the faucet with shower plug was broken, so water wouldn't come from the shower head but the lower faucet. The dog stays free which is a big plus for us.

My bathroom had mold growing in the caulking around the tub. Unfinished edges stuffed with plastic around toilet paper holder, paint and caulking all over the tub and counter, and the mirror was really dirty. There was also a vehicle that kept revving their engine outside my door around 10pm. After a long day of travel (I left Va at 6am that same day.) I was definitely asleep and got woken up several times because of it. The bed/sheets did appear clean and was comfortable. There was a large gap under my door as well. Staff was friendly and efficient.

I have stayed in potentially thousands of hotel rooms over my 30+ years of travel both for business and personal and I can honestly say that this was the absolute worst experience in accommodations that I have ever experienced. Absolute filth and left me with 8 bug bites. From the broken toilet seat (which had not been cleaned), to the sewer flies, to the missing smoke detector, or the layers of apparent soap scum and mold in the tub. This was a horrific stay! Steer clear!

Been 36 years since i stayed at Motel 6 and swore i wouldn’t again but was backed into a corner with no choice. Won't happen again. 1st they gave me a room already occupied, they weren’t happy at midnight when I tried to enter tje room. Clerk thought it was funny. 2nd stairs were so rusted you could see through them. 3rd bad spice smell in our room as we were next to where staff lived. 4th towels were so dingy, dirty with holes in them. Never knew white towels could be that gray. Next day granddaughter covered in bed bug bites. Sleep in your car before you stay here.
