Felt like I was at home ! The staff really made me feel like I was at home and I appreciate that since it was my first time ever in Mississippi.

The front desk worker Otha was very nice and friendly. The room was not cleaned properly. I let socks and towels in the bed to see if they would notice them and the same socks and towels were left in the bed after it was made up by the cleaning lady.

I have stayed at this hotel before,This time was because i was running low on money having just left greenwood less than 30 days before i found myself right back there for another funeral,so i could not afford the other hotel i stayed in before so this one was within my spending range, like they say you get what you pay for at that price. The hotel staff did work with me to get extra towels and so on. over all not that bad since i just used the rooms to sleep and shower,spent most of the time with family.

Was a place to sleep. Curtain falling off and torn, bathroom door wouldn't close, not much of a continental breakfast, wi-fi kept cutting off. But wasn't expensive either. Booking via Internet-smart phone failed; apparently never got thru to Rodeway. Made it by phone after being on hold for nearly 30 min. Was this REALLY hotels.com in UK as in United Kingdom? That could explain why there seemed to be only one person working as was likely middle of the night.

Staff was friendly but this hotel shows its age. AC didn't work properly, carpet is old, fixtures are even older. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The rate was low compared to other hotels, but you get what you pay for I guess.

Never again. There were bed bugs all over. Didn't realize it till almost 2 am. They only gave us half a roll of toilet paper. Worst hotel I've ever stayed. I would give it no stars if possible.

No clean towels for the rooms. In laundry room housekeepers left a bunch of towels in washer, on the floor, in baskets, in the dryer. Paid for two days, told that to housekeeper when she asked if we were staying one day. Then she lies and checks clipboard at front desk saying we didn't want our room cleaned. When I returned to room after grandmothers funeral, I had to empty my trash and the front desk clerk had to go to another room to get us clean towels. I left a note for the manager along with other notes from disappointed customers. For service like that it's not worth $55 per night. Won't stay there again.

It was a horrible experience. Our rooms were not ready at 3 PM. One room was available after 3 PM and we waited for the next room for 45 minutes. We did not get towels in one room. We had to go to Front Desk after 10 PM to acquire them. The statement on line states hair dryer and ironing board in room. Neither was available. The Manager stated upon checkout you can get these items by calling the Front Desk. False advertisement on site. Continental Breakfast was horrible. Rotten apples, no other fruit. There was no hot water for packages of grits or oatmeal provided. There were no tea bags for non coffee drinkers. Bagels were stale, there was no jelly or cream cheese. Butter was in a Margarine container in refrigerator. Juice was Bright and Early Orange Drink in 1/2 gallon container in refrigerator. Unsanitary for people with dirty hands using their hands to open refrigerator door and container. There was no other juice available. There was no hand cleaner available for people to clean hands after multiple uses. When speaking to Manager upon leaving she apologized stating one of the cleaning ladies changed shifts. For a Holiday weekend they should have had more than 2 cleaning ladies available who start at 11 AM to have rooms ready by 3 PM. The Manager stated all Rodeway Inns have the same Breakfast Menu. We will never stay at a Rodeway Inn again and will share information with our friends. HORRIBLE ORDEAL!!!!!!!!

This was the worst night sleep I have had in a long time. The hotel is a basic lousy motel which is fine but this particular hotel is housing a bunch of college students from a nearby college. They were up and making noise very late into the night. The last straw for me was when a young man just above my room was banging on his passed out friend's room door. The banging was bad enough but he was also yelling out to his friend. It went on and on until finally I called the front desk and they did come out and stop the noise but I do not understand why they did not hear and stop it 20 minutes earlier. Stay away from this place until they get the college kids out.

The hotels was overbooked to start, they put us in terrible room with one bed and the sleeper couch was broken... The next day we were moved to a different room with double beds, however their were bed-bugs. This was a truly a night-mare. Thanks for NOTHING!!
