Great location. Parking was not great if you didn’t want to spend $55 on valet plus tip. The room was very nice, clean and the beds where super comfortable. We specially love the shower the water pressure was on spot.

The moxy was a great place to stay. It is located where you can walk to some cute bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is friendly, quirky and relaxed. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and when i checked in, I was given a free drink token for the bar. Then I was told about the amazing tacos shop located in the hotel. After I got settled in my room, I came downstairs and had their signature drink with my token (which was so good) and nachos from the taco place. Then I went in the courtyard and sat on a swing and relaxed! My room was small, but would be perfect for a couple. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that people might have a hard time parking if they don't want to pay for parking in the garage. I lucked out and got a place to park for free on the street behind the hotel.

Parking was a little tricky. Valet is easiest. Shower is weird if you are not close to the person you are sharing a room with. There is limited space to dress/undress in private. Overall place is cute. Loved zombie Taco and outdoor seating area. Bar staff was helpful.

Nice small hotel accross the street from the UT campus. The check in counter is also a bar which is neat and the gave out 1 complimentary drink to each of us. There is also a coffee bar and taco restaurant in the hotel. Nice outdoor seating area with fire pits, a swings, and ping pong table. The room was small and may not be ideal for long stays, but was fine for one night. Overall unique hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Moxy is a fun & unique place to stay! Check in was easy and everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Having the bar and Zombie Taco right there in the lobby was super convenient. Drink tokens upon check in was an added bonus. Didn’t even have to think about where to hangout before heading to our concert- this was it! Didn’t get a chance to use the courtyard but the yard games looked fun and the art was very cool. Room was clean and comfy. Small but perfect for a quick getaway trip where you won’t be spending a lot of time in the room anyway. The decor was very eclectic, very Austin, and made the stay feel more like a vacation even though we were only from a couple hours away. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place different from the norm!
