when I first arrived, they had given me a room upstairs. I had two small children with me so they made accommodations to put me in an upgraded room downstairs. The man at the desk was super nice, went above and beyond customer service. The place was well kept and quiet. We had a very relaxing stay. I was very impressed how the prices were for how nice the resort was. The pool was sparkling clean and amazingly warm and relaxing . perfect for our day. Rooms are super big! Definitely good for a large family. we slept so good because it was so quiet and peaceful there which is pretty amazing considering it was a weekend.! Room was immaculately clean. It had gorgeous views of the mountains. Honestly, we can’t wait to go back. The older gentleman that works at the desk, definitely deserves a raise he’s probably the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. ❤️

If you are tired of sterile, cookie-cutter chain hotels, this boutique property is the absolute antidote. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with genuine warmth and a refreshing welcoming. Our room was a masterclass in design—blending historic charm with modern, high-end comforts. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the decor felt curated rather than assembled from a catalog, and thoughtful touches like local bath products made it feel special.The location was ideal, tucked away on a quiet street yet just a short, pleasant walk to the local cafes, shops, and attractions. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay, offering fantastic, personalized recommendations that made us feel stress free. We cannot wait to return. Worth every penny!

Rooms were clean, could use some upgrades but okay for the price. Late night hours for the pool was great. I could not get ahold of the staff after check in. Called multiple times, no answer until the next day after check out.
