2. Minimum age to stay at the property is 16 years old but must be accompanied by 21 years old guest to be allowed to check-in.
3. All room types will allow for 2 guests only.

Guests must provide a valid credit card upon check-in to secure any damages incurred during the stay. No preauthorization will be made.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Only pets weighing under 25 pounds are allowed at the property.
Pets are welcome and are subject to a cleaning fee of USD 150.

We are excited to welcome you to the iconic National Hotel for your upcoming stay. We would like to advise you that beginning Sunday March 17, 2024, we start our onsite preparations for the Citywide event, Miami Music Week. Preparations will have but are not limited to multiple load ins and setups that may affect the experience at the back pool area. We will be providing alternative seating along our Infinity Pool with food and beverage service available. On Wednesday March 20th, 2024, through Sunday March 24th,2024 the activations begin with daily pool parties scheduled from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM over these days. During these dates / events, both hotel pools will not be accessible unless tickets are purchased, per day. The beach access will be open for regular service. On Monday, March 25th, and Tuesday March 26th ,2024 the load out will take place.
As hotel guests staying overnight, we welcome you to be part of the events from Wednesday March 20, 2023, to Sunday March 24, 2024. Hotel guests will receive up to (2) Complimentary Admission Tickets per guestroom and per stay, for Registered Guests. Tickets are based on availability, so please advise at the time of the booking your preferred event date. On the day of your check-out, complimentary tickets are not valid. Additional tickets can be purchased on the day off, based on ticket availability and event max capacity.

During these dates / events, both hotel pools will not be accessible unless tickets you purchased per day. For hotel guests staying overnight on March 26-30,2025, they will receive 2 complimentary admission tickets per stay. On the day of your check-out, complimentary tickets are not valid. Additional tickets can be acquired on the day off, based on ticket availability and Event maximum capacity.
