Room 211 has 1 couch and 1 sofa bed, a kitchen, and 1 bath. I think 375 units recently remodeled the unit and are as clean as a pin. A tiny covered porch with views of the pool. The resort is simply lovely. Not luxurious, but very comfy and clean. The queen bed was very comfy with 2 sets of hard soft cushions. The kitchen was small but had all the necessities including a full-size frig, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Glassware and dinnerware are sufficient. The coffee maker and toaster were sufficient. The furniture was in excellent shape and comfy. I would assume the sofa bed would be suitable for a couple of small children, but because the unit size is so small. Perfect for a couple. The pool and hot tub were not open when we were on a minor. However, both were a decent size. Excellent staff. We had a very pleasant stay while we were there. On Monday, we received cleaning assistance as well as a change of linens and towels. We didn't really need anything more, but if asked, they would have done a complete cleaning. So, our visit was extremely pleasant. Between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport, the location is close to downtown. There is plenty of fantastic restaurants and activities, but not at this time of year. No traffic! We would exchange once more!.

I had a wonderful time here. I booked through airing and stayed at a condo at a resort that was owned by someone. The resort is half the same, half the hotel. Excellent location between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport, it takes about a 10-minute drive each. Condoms Donuts is next to the Condom which is great for breakfast sandwiches and donuts. I wasn't concerned about my condo and was extremely happy about the cleanliness but didn't worry the entire time. Will undoubtedly recommend and would return! There are no elevators, the front lobby is closed, check in through a window. There is no interaction with others, ideal for couid or any other time.

Excellent location, restaurants are close to the beach, and the staff is very attentive. Clean grass and a cheap family vacation. My wife and I definitely recommend this place.

It was a good deal for us to book a perjury ith week at this resort. Although small, the one bedroom was adequate for two people with a well-stocked kitchen and dining area, nice linens, and good linens. The open area with pool, basket ball, and tennis court was safe and kept up to date with the neighborhood's residents. Within a brief drive, Ogunquit, York, and Keny bunk port are all nearby, and there are a few eateries, shopping, and coffee. During the heat wave, the best air conditioning was used. Great vacation in a great location. Seats on the porch or the lawn, picnic tables just outside the door, and chairs for the porch or the lawn. Perfect location, we had a great time. Total satisfaction.
