The hotel is nice, but the construction is still ongoing. New flooring, new shower, new tile, and essentially everything But the last five of the renovations were neglected. Plastic films weren't removed from the shower drain or the walls, excess caulk drops weren't scraped off the floor, and the air conditioner cable connecting to the wall wasn't removed from the plastic bag. They appear to simply lack the staff to finish the place off, but that is understandable given the current labor shortage. Overall, a good hotel with much more modern interior than most hotels in the area. The paper towel was clean after spilling water on the tile floor and wiping it up, not even slightly dingy, which was very impressive. I am light sleeper, so there wasn't much ambient noise to keep me awakejust ambient light from the insufficient curtains on the main windows. Two little drawers, that's it. Parking was difficult, but this is common in this area. The staff did not respond to emails and answered calls leading up to my stay, and their voicemail box was full, but they were fine in person, and the location was very clean and new. And again, I understand there is currently a labor shortage, so I think communication issues are temporary.

The location is ideal for walking to the boardwalk and beach. There are also several local bars within walking distance. Pool and tiki bar were definitely great to enjoy. The motel parking lot is about a block away, so that was about the only inconvenience. I will surely return.

This is my first experience when staying here. The place looks new. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is nice. I don't get any refund, for the price is double, but they charge me more than once, and then they say I'll credit my money, that's a booking. The service from Jenn was very friendly and she was processing my credit card double charge.

The oceanic hotel was fantastic for us. The room we stayed in was beautiful and had just been renovated. It was big and had all the conveniences we needed, including a closet, a safe, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, and a very comfy bed with lots of pillows. The location was ideal! It is directly across from the convention center, and the rides are only a 5-minute stroll away. On the way to the rides, there were a number of shops and stores, and McDonald's, Walgreen's, and Wasa are a short stroll away. Jen, the manager, is really friendly and helpful. Although there isn't much parking available, this hotel provides free parking. Since everything is within walking distance, we had this space for our entire stay.

I highly recommend staying here. I want to stay here again because it's such a lovely place to stay while having a child's competition at the event center. The atmosphere is so cool. I feel like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel's employees are very kind and accommodating. The room is quite modern and modern. The bed is the best part. Definitely not anything to eat, not even food. It's more like sleeping on a cloud than sleeping on a cloud! After a hard day on the boardwalk and at the event, everyone is very welcoming. If there was a mini microwave, I would have given it five stars. The room was, in my opinion, above average for a wildwood Boardwalk hotel. Friendly dive bar on site as well. The bartender was great.

I do not recommend this hotel. There are some advantages and drawbacks. Great hotel, but still a work in progress. Some of the improvements were left incomplete, including the presence of new floors, new showers, new tile, and almost everything. Excess caulk drops weren't swept off the floor or on the shower drain, and plastic bags weren't removed from the ac unit cable that connects to the wall. They seem to be simply unable to employ the personnel to complete the remodel, which is understandable given the current labor shortage. Overall a nice hotel, with a much more contemporary interior than most hotels in the area. When I splattered water on the tile floor and wiped it up, the paper towel was clean, not even a little dingy, which was really impressive. I'm a light sleeper, so there wasn't much ambient noise to keep me up Just the inadequate curtains on the main windows. Two tiny drawers, that's all there is. Parking was difficult, but this is common in this area. The employees did not respond to emails and phones leading up to my visit, and their voicemail box was full, however, they were fine in person, and the place was clean and new. Also, I am aware that there is a labor shortage, so I assume the communication issues are temporary.
