We had to go to Sun Oneonta, and the nearby hotels were fully booked. This hotel was ideal. It is a 20-minute drive away and not that expensive. The room was spacious and clean. Although it wasn't modern, the beds were comfortable. The hotel was in a great location. The breakfast was very limited.

This is not a high-end property, but the reviews seemed good. The receptionist is helpful. The ballroom smelled of stale smoke, it's bad! The room was clean but old and worn. There was a huge burn on the desk chair. Bed was okay, we were on the ground floor so we could hear the upstairs guest stomping around and you could also hear a dog barking nearby. Even though I like dogs as much as the next guy, pet-friendly hotels are the worst. For what we got, the price was far too high.

I've stayed at this place before when visiting friends and it's simple but adequate. However, I stayed here over the new year's weekend and was quite disappointed. Staff didn't always wear face covers even though customers were required to. In addition, I expected the rooms to be clean especially with the recent couid outbreak but our bed covering was full of catdog hair.

The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was good, the wifi was very good, and there was an upscale dollar general for facilities. The staff was also kind. The only vending machine was broken during my two nights there and I was given no cleaning.
