Great location. Front desk staff were amazing. Very nice, helpful and awesome! Staff were amazing. Room was fine, they brought us kitchen equipment on request. Hot water was hit and miss in that it took ages to warm up and it temperature varied a lot.

In general this is a very good place to stay. The problem is the first week we had no AC due to their building unit had broke down. Other wise quiet place to may things to do and is a short walk to the beach.

Yes the hotel was not clean there was a lot of cockroaches in my room and the AC was not working at all had a box fan but ask for another one they said nope. Yah well you get what we paid for. Thank you

Great location, two blocks from Waikiki beach. Staff is friendly, it's a great value and the place is generally very clean. But they really need to spend some money to get it back to a reasonable standard. Even at this price, things need to work, the sink plug didn't drain the shower water just warm, not hot lana door and louvre window didn't close and rattle all night I wedged a pillow in it so I could sleep old stains, peeling paint etc throughout the mattress saggy and old most rooms were very small we asked to be moved to a bigger room, which they did at no extra charge.

The ac wasn’t working but it was okay with the balcony door open and the room had a fan inside the bathroom a little small bed was comfortable didn’t need to use the kitchen but it was ok size Tv was good very big maybe more towels would have been great. The room overall was a perfect size for one. I stayed for just one night but it met my standards. Would I stay there again probably not the environment was a little scary police all around yes but it only made it feel more uneasy
