Yes we did find parking and driving to the local area very good The lateness of the breakfast wasn't ideal when trying to avoid the heat and needing an early start The receptionist was excellent at sorting out extra coffee capsules and breakfast bars

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Our room was spacious and attractive, and the property is quiet and peaceful. One suggestion would be to add a second chair and maybe an end table in the TV viewing area in our room because there is a nice amount of space for two people to sit. The location is within easy drives to Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. We stayed four nights and enjoyed out time at Onsen Hotel very much. We did not use any of the spa services, so I can't comment on those.

The room was simple, clean and pretty. The staff took the time to walk us to our room in the dark when we arrived, such a small gesture but so helpful. The breakfast in the morning was nice with a free continental breakfast and options to order and pay for an acaii bowl, wine, etc. The jacuzzi and heated pool were 10/10, I enjoyed going between the two different temperatures. We would stay here again!
