We absolutely loved our stay here! The entire staff were so friendly & accommodating. Jenai (sp?) who worked the continental breakfast was especially friendly. The continental breakfast was very nice, they even included mimosas, roses & petit four on Mother’s Day. The pool & hot tub were kept clean & treated. And the drinks at the bar were very well made. This was our 2nd trip to Key West. We stayed at a lovely beach resort on our 1st trip. But we felt a lot more welcomed by the staff & the guests at Orchid Key Inn. And this hotel was in easier walking distance to most of the activities on the island. We will most definitely consider staying here again if we are ever lucky enough to get back to Key West again!

This was our second time here and we will definitely come back. The property is always very clean and accommodating and we love the pool. The location is perfect, walking distance everywhere and centrally on Duval, but still quiet that you don't hear the chaos of the street from the inside of the hotel. The breakfast and coffee in the morning is nice, and the poolside bar is a great bonus, although more than once during our stay the bar staff were very slow and we could not get served before we needed to leave, and some of the staff was excessively "sassy," to the point of rudeness, but we just avoided those bartenders and the other staff was always very pleasant and made up for it.

Great location on Duval Street provides an easy walk to most attractions. The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, although a bit small. Will definitely stay there again the next time in Key West.

Continental breakfast daily by pool was great. The bar was wonderful in the late afternoon and evening. Cindy met us upon late arrival for check-in and was very friendly and along with other staff was attentive during our stay. The room was clean and the hot tub and pool were great after a busy touring day.

The property is so well maintained with all the amenities one would want & need. Of course, the location is perfect for walking to each end of Duval St. Cleaning staff was professional, management & front desk were always helpful, and Randy was great behind the on-site bar.

The Hotel pool area was beautiful and private. So tropical with colorful orchids and butterflies. The rooms were updated and had all the amenities we needed. There was a large selection of food at the free breakfast bar including fresh fruit. Very convenient to walk to all of the sights. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The whole experience was wonderful. The staff was very friendly & welcoming. Big thank you to Trudy & Ridolfo. Love the attention to detail, white linen tablecloths at breakfast.Have been to key west about 2-3 times per yr for 30 yrs. Usually stay at another property. They have recently been bought out by a large company. Do not like the corporate feel. Staff is no longer friendly. Orchid Key is my new place to stay, See you soon!

This hotel was great I don't think I'd book anywhere else again in KW! The staff was so genuine and welcoming, and we felt right at home. The little bar became our daily tradition, and we enjoyed getting to know everyone. The grounds were beautiful. 5 stars from me!

This is our favorite, and only place we stay, while in Key West! It’s always perfect and the staff is so accommodating. Room is always as expected, breakfast is lovely, especially sitting by the pool, and then, of course, the rest is Key West! It’s always so much fun, until the drive home!

We had never visited the area prior to this visit. Really didn't know what to expect. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! Arrived way too early to check in. We were able to stash our luggage at the desk so we could start our vacation. Staff suggested a great lunch place and offered to text us as soon as our room was ready. The location was AWESOME! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. Definitely have brunch at Blue Heaven, lunch or drinks at Ramshead, Cuban food at El Siboney is to die for. After spending the mornings out and about, we headed for the pool. Our room was always clean and restocked to perfection daily! The bar on premises is superb! They actually infuse their own alcohols. Start or end your evening with their signature cocktails. An exceptional adults only establishment! Go visit ASAP!
