The hotel was clean and well maintained. Pretty pool area with fire-pit. Only drawback the cigarette smoke smell from the casino as soon as you walk in the front door. You must walk past the casino to get to the hotel check in. There was no smoke smell in the hotel area.

First time here, We loved the Casino stay and the restaurant food was delicious, staff very nice. We did not enjoy our time at the Mercantile a bunch of jerks work there. Really hope Rhea Drummond reads this. Staff was so agitated, sorry to bug you and ask questions but isn't this your job.... I was very disappointed. The Osage Casino was a great stay even during smoke/fire season (cough cough).

Clean updated rooms. Welcoming staff. Food very good. Even though there was smoking throughout the casino, it wasn’t too bad for us no smokers. Staff was constantly cleaning and tidying up.

It was beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff is exceptional. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and the bed was dreamy comfortable after traveling all day. We enjoyed a little time in the casino too. We would definitely return!

We were looking for a hotel for an over-night stay toward our ultimate destination - we were not looking for a casino. Once we were past the casino, the hotel itself was quite nice, as was the staff. We did not have time for the swimming pool or hot tub, though they looked very inviting! It is near several outdoor sites, which are worth investigating. Unfortunately, we were there on Sunday when the Osage History Museum was closed. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is only 2 years old and looks still brand new. Only 45 rooms. Second, third and fourth floors have beautiful views to the west or east. The ground floor units have a small patio looking under the pool. Access is nice to the pool, but there is always music playing there until midnight from some speakers and some very bright LED lights all around the pool. The breakfast and dinner was very good and affordable. The rest is typical cuz you know atmosphere. Slot machines only.

SUPER CLEAN and comfortable room! SHOUTOUT to “Nicole”! (name on the housekeeping notecard) Luxurious bathroom! Beautiful artwork in the room and around the property. We were in a double queen room overlooking the pool and a pond with marshy area beyond, which was beautiful. There were 2, skinny wardrobes, one on each side of the beds. Large TV. Lighting was good. A/C worked good. Spa was relaxing and very serene, light music playing in the background. Bartender, Dee, was awesome! Casino is small and quaint but has some of the popular favorites. We ate in the restaurant once and took a meal to go once. Both were decent; bar food and more menu. Great prices! We had a wonderful stay!
