The room was in a residential area. Common areas in the house and individual rooms-like a hotel room. Cute house, clean, bed were comfy. A cute little market in neighborhood about a mile or so away, we walked it. The neighborhood was beautiful with flowers and trees in almost every yard

If you're going there because of Star Wars, know it's only a picture hanging on the wall, not a themehotel. We didn't care at all about that and felt we got exactly what we paid for. A clean room, bathroom, shared kitchen in a safe area, very close to a bus stop. The owner was very prompt with responses to texts regarding the room as well. This is a nicer type of hostel, so be prepared to hear the other guests more than if you were at a hotel. With that said, the other guests who stayed while we were there were respectful of the times when it came to noise. We would go back and recommend.

Property is very close to downtown and most of the tourist areas. Vincent is very friendly and he made sure we were comfortable. I love all the amenities specially that we were able to use the washer and dryer machine. Thank you for the hospitality.

The shared kitchen was unique in my experience. Was a little noisy and echoing but just for a couple minutes when someone was using it. Not terrible.

I like the star wars theme but didn't realize it was a shared house. Kind of cool. But walls are paper thin.

Nice neighborhood, room was very clean and smelled lovely. Over all comfortable. Very loud though with traffic and the walls are paper thin. But they do provide earplugs in your room. I would recommend putting something on the floors to dampen the sound of every footstep on the stairs and hallways.

Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am. Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. The kitchen had an odd smell, from everyone’s food and the free street parking is VERY limited. On top of that, the one night we decided to stay in, the WiFi stopped working so we couldn’t watch the television AND the hair dryer broke so my partner couldn’t do her hair for the next day. When we messaged the host, they only asked us to send the networks that were available and a video of the hair dryer, after that there was no response, ever. Also, the heater stopped working as well so on the last night/day, when it was 30 degrees, we were shivering all night and during the day while trying to get ready. Overall, you can get a much better, private stay somewhere else.

The pros: close to the climate pledge arena, room was clean upon arrival. The cons: Constant noise audible outside of the room upstairs and downstairs. Some of the amenities like lamps or remotes for AC did not work. The check in process was inconvenient and we ended up standing outside waiting for a code for an additional hour after arrival. This is essentially a dorm room in a residential building with a shared kitchen. And for the Star Wars fans— don’t expect much by way of theme. Except for the poster of Palpetine that stares at you while you lay in bed. Overall don’t feel that this was worth the price I paid to stay but I can’t say it was the worse place I’ve been. Would likely not stay here again.

This was a rather expensive unit for a rather small space, maybe 170 sq ft for the bedroom, a closet, and small bathroom. There were no end tables for the bed; rather the bed filled up the available space so the shelves on both sides doubled up as inconvenient end tables. There was only one small stool for sitting. There was no doorknob or handle to open the entry door from the inside. The bathroom light switches were behind the door. Plus when emailed about how to get the heating going, there was no reply. If you didn't have TV services with you, there was no TV. Conversations from other units carried through the bathroom vent. With no dedicated parking spaces, parking was often difficult. Plus, 3rd Ave W is narrow, busy, and noisy.

This place sucked. I showed up on time at check-in and the plates was a mess. Dirty towels in the bathroom laying on the floor, bed was not made. It was obvious someone else had slept there the night before and no one had cleaned the place. I asked the owner for a refund And he told me it was too late. Very disappointed in this place and this owner.
