The check in was excellent. We had no towells,the furniture and carpet was nasty. No drinks at the breakfast bar. Everything else went smooth.

Well worth the discounted price. Great breakfast value. Two pools inside. Were nice, but jacuzzi only hot. No working jet pumps. That’s number one of bpoor maintenance in several areas. India owners! Only one elevator worked Only one vending machine in the whole place, with a few things only. Actually y no wending machines. Cheap to contract out Only one ice machine Orange /Apple and cranberry juice machine in the breakfast room out of service for days !

Some renovations were going on the the rooms were clean and the pool and lazy river were very nice. The jets weren't working in the hot tub but it was hot and a nice soak. The breakfast buffet is really nice. This was our second stay and we'll be back again.

When I made my reservation, Sam was very helpful. When my family and I arrived from a long day at Dollywood Sam was very professional and kind asking about our day. Sam apologized profusely for the state of the property due to a new ownership and working to get it up to par again. The lazy River was really cool! My boys loved it. The beds were very comfortable! We had a balcony which was nice to see the lights and hustle and bustle of the strip. Great LOCATION! It did what we needed it to do. I would advise for any upcoming people to give grace and understanding to the property owners. It's a very large property and a lot of work needs to be done to get it up to par.

Everything aboutvthe room was fantastic, we loved the balcony with the beautiful view The shower was great,good water pressure, the air conditioning worked great,we loved the window and door to the balcony was glass,so lot's of light coming in,was happy to see that Parking was plenty for guests Breakfast was gravy,biscuits,sausages, indian stir fry,i think? Lol It was delicious Cant say enough about the front desk staff,they were Dolls,very sweet! Thank you for hosting my husband and i,and our friends with the joining rooms We will go back in june I hope the seasonal pool is open by then. There is a cute lazy river and pool inside for rainy or cold days though Much Appreciated Kathy/ gary craft

Hot tub was up and running first night we were there. And rest of the time it was broken needs to be fix. And staff needs to make sure it’s clean in the lazy river if someone has a bloody nose.
