Really the stay was pretty good. I loved having the balcony access. The only problem we had was the pool area. You have to walk down several flights of stairs just to get to it. Also the lazy river experience wasn’t great because all the kids decided to keep jumping right next to us. I get that kids will be kids but it kind of ruined the experience for us. Other than that it was great! Close access to stuff to do, the Island is a must and it’s right down the street!

The size of the room was really good. Had really good hot water. Took 2 days to get clean towels. And the breakfast wasn’t really good. But for the price we paid it was over all good for the money we spent.

100% False advertisement it was musty rust and mold .The elevator was out myself and 3 kiddos on the 4th floor ! Got a verification email stating both indoor and outdoor pool were ready and open FALSE both out of service Room has 2 towels and no bath cloths 1/2 roll of toilet paper .Ice machine was held together by duck tape and couldn't even fill the ice bucked .

We had three rooms, all of which looked clean but there were cockroaches. Renovation was going on but they decided to do it all night while trying to sleep. The price was decent, but I think I would pay more and go somewhere else.

I had a good experience while staying at this hotel. This hotel is not a luxury hotel. The room was very comfortable, there is a 24-hour coffee and tea service in the lobby which every hotel should offer. The price is also reasonable, and the location is in close proximity to everything.

Overall, I had a very nice stay at this property. The price is very reasonable and offers great value. However, the hotel is a bit on the older side, which occasionally makes it feel a little less than sparkling clean. Despite that, it's still a very good option and I would definitely recommend it!

Let me start with the Staff were all Super friendly, and helpful. The location is in a great spot! Ten minute drive to Dollywood, located just off the main strip in town, so you can walk to a lot of family friendly attractions! Before I get to the nitty, gritty, I would like to say that management thanked us for staying with them and stated that they hoped we would visit again, because they were going to be doing some renovations! Now on to the important things: The place is VERY DATED! The air conditioning was what you want in temperature, ice cold! But, extremely noisy, take ear plugs. The beds are good enough to get some rest after a long drive or day adventuring, but VERY lumpy and wallered spots on the mattress just sucked you to them if you roll. There is a very strong smell of chlorine, I imagine from the indoor pool, and lazy river. So, my advice is to get a small room freshener and put it close to the a/c unit and it will help tremendously with the chlorine smell. The pictures are deceptive! It is not a loud hotel when you are in the rooms. You can get rest. It was on the expensive side for the condition it currently is in, but I have stayed in worse.
