This place feels like home!The staff is friendly, attentive and accommodating. The rooms feel like a mini apartment with all necessities met. I love the coffee machine and tea available 24/7. I would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal stay! We stayed in the 2br/2ba accessible unit for 8 nights. This place is SPARKLING, white-glove clean. It smells fresh and they are constantly cleaning. The unit was exactly as pictured. Additional details: There is a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. This means that for a 2 bedroom unit, there are 3 TV's total in the unit. I cannot say enough about what it meant for each bedroom to have their own TV. We are a TV family and the last thing any of us wanted to do was share one TV while on vacation. Plus, they have DirecTV with premium channels!!! So we didn't miss any of our shows. The staff were ALL very friendly and nice. There was ample parking in their parking lot. Really, everything just exceeded my expectations. I will mention that we did hear some occasional noise (footsteps) from the unit above ours. That did not bother me. However, I have traveled with individuals who would've really been bothered by that--so I wanted to mention it. If you are that person who may be bothered by occasional footsteps (no other noise, just footsteps) then ask for a 4th floor unit and that way you'll be on the top. I highly recommend and this will forever be my go-to location whenever I'm in Dallas.

It was great to find a place where we could have separate space for me to stay up late to work while my husband slept then me to sleep in while he got up early. If we'd stayed longer than 2 nights, the washer and dryer would have been used but it's a great feature when traveling. We do wish there were even basic vending, snack/store options there. While there was coffee in the room, we needed more creamer than provided, etc. The staff were nice and the property is clean and well kept. Though pictures on the website don't show it, and we called to confirm, there is a small TV in the bedroom.
