All our visitors to this hotel will stay here in the future and we highly recommend that you do as well. Friends came from outside the city. We are in a small house where our cat friend is allergic to cats, so we decided to put them up in a hotel and we chose the hardwood flooring and we couldn't be happier! Friends were extremely pleased with the cleanliness, peace, and kindness of the staff. I visited them at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful breakfast area with the adorable patio overlooking the park.

The Hardwood Suites and Inn are comfortable, clean, kind and helpful staff, and offer hot and cold breakfast items. The hotel is conveniently located near city park and downtown. AC was quiet and efficient, and the memory foam mattress toppers were a plus.

This is my last stay with my family. My room was clean and spacious. I don't smell like a pet friendly hotel. At a great price. On the interstate but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beautiful park across the street. I definitely recommend staying here again. Thai restaurant across the parking lot with free breakfast. Breakfast is extensive and the dining area is clean.

I usually stay in Manhattan's hardwoods. It is well-kept, clean, and well-equipped for a budget hotel, the staff is really friendly. There isn't a pool. There isn't a pool. Excellent accommodations are present. Soundproofing and air conditioning both perform admirably. I felt the bed was cozy. Excellent location--access to main roads, the airport, the kansas state campus, and restaurants, among others. In good weather, the city center is easily reachable on foot. Also, right across the street is a fairly excellent Thai restaurant. My one complaint is that their wifi is terrible, and the hotel's immediate area has extremely poor mobile phone service. To get around work, I had to go to the nearby public library. Small inconvenience, but not something to consider if you need to work from the room.

This place is really very nice and for 60 bucks you can't go wrong. Very clean and comfortable. If I'm in town, this will be my next stop. Easy access to the city and main roads and modern. The only problem I had was that the pillows were all flat and hard. I didn't ask for new ones so that's on me. But overall good hotel for the price.
