The room was not what we expected. The beds were bare-bones and hard. Items from a previous tenant were still in the bathroom which made us wonder if the room had been cleaned. The tiny soap pack was old; the soap was broken in many places. More than half the outlets either didn't work at all, or were shaky. The TV remote didn't work. On our last morning, there was no water. The hosts were apparently new, and said they were striving to repair and update the motel. They were helpful in providing a remote that did work the TV, and provided an extra pillow (the 2/bed pillows were very flat). The refrigerator froze items placed inside (warning to those who need to refrigerate medication). If the hosts can get the repairs and updates completed, this would be an adequate (not luxury) accommodation.

Bed was uncomfortable and covered with plastic. Heater didnt work. Barely kept the room warm running constantly. Bad draft through door to outside. Only 5 minutes of hot water. Towels were dirty and smelled of grease. I definitely would not stay here again and dont recommend at all

The staff were very nice. There was a gap all the way around our door. The heat took about 3 hours to warm the room up enough for us to take our coats and hats off. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes and then it cooled off rapidly. The TV remotes didn’t work on the TV in our room. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

There was no water and you couldn't wash yourself, they turned the water on only at 4 a.m. The coffee maker was dirty.

Not so much about the room itself but more about the tenants. Person next door was obviously living there. Had his door open and had his gym shoes by the door playing video games. He had his bicycle and a pot on the parking spot so no one will park there. 3 doors down was another older gentleman living there as well smoking pot. Room smelled like weed. Room looked rough. Grabbed my wife and daughter and we left. No refund by the way. I tried canceling before I checked in

Do not stay here. Don't even book a room. They will NOT refund you no matter what. I booked a room a few nights ago so I could visit family in town. Checked in right at 6pm. The lady at the desk had to call someone else to check me in (language barrier, it's not an issue at all for me). But when she handed me the key, she never even checked my ID. Went to the room and immediately smelled cigarettes, terribly. The room looked very unkempt and felt dirty. We immediately decided we were not staying. The pillows were dirty (in the photo, that's not a shadow on the pillow), the microwave looked like it had been dropped out of a window, the sink area looked like it needed some repairing. The shower and toilet looked clean, but that is the ONLY positive thing. I barely stepped foot in there. There were bugs on the bed that did not move between the time I first checked in and the time I came back to take photos of the room, 2 hours later (I got a photo of the fly, but I did not get whatever the other bug was - it wasn't a fly). I tried to check out immediately, but the language barrier was an issue, so I went to visit family and came back 2 hours later and checked out. Hotels.com attempted to contact the motel for 2 days to check on a refund, but the motel refused. DO NOT STAY HERE!
