A/C was not working the first day, but one mention to the staff and it was fixed by the time we returned to the room at the end of the day. Site was clean, staff friendly and helpful, and we loved the drinks and snacks!

All staff are absolutely amazing! It was within walking distance to Union Station and pretty close to downtown St. Louis. There is an on-site restaurant, Sybergs that has great burgers. This hotel offers social hour woth chips, salsa and cheese from 5-7. They also have fountain sodas available for free 3-10 PM. Beds are comfy, pillows are normal hotel pillows, bathroom is small, no fan for circulation but clean. Would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great with plenty of hot choices, fruit, and drinks. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot with working jets. One time the pool ran out of towels because there were so many swimmers, but as soon as I told a staff member, they took care of it. An unexpected bonus was the snack and drink Happy Hour. It was very popular with the guests. Our hotel was an easy walking distance to Union Station. If I go to St. Louis again, I would stay here again.
