The rooms in manhattan are very small. This hotel is said to be invested by christino raymondo. The room facilities are quite good and the waiters communication is average. The next time i go to manhattan, i probably wont choose this hotel again.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, the staff is very friendly, and the facilities are excellent. We were absolutely delighted with the free bagels, croissants, and coffee in the morning as we dont usually eat breakfast, so they were perfect to start the day. Our room was cleaned daily, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a great stay, if we come back to new york, we will definitely look at this hotel option.

Excellent value. The staff at the front desk, lobby breakfast attendant, and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. You want to keep something positive to yourself at times. Its not easy to find a reasonably priced, hip, and cool hotel in centrally located to times square. This hidden gem allowed my friend and i to find a reasonably priced hotel room with two separate beds, free coffee, and quick breakfast. Not a full breakfast, but you can start your day with bagels and apples, a 24hour coffee machine with delicious cappuccinos, and hot water for tea. Hip hop and dance tunes play in the lobby, giving this midrange comfortable hotel a cool vibe. Yes, as other reviewers have noted, the bathroom lacks a fan, but this is not a showtopper. When we arrived, the bathroom had a slight musty smell, which we quickly resolved by opening the door to air out the room. Tip. We also used the guest bathrooms near the fitness level for personal privacy, and we had a small travelsized spray air freshener. Minor inconvenience that was quickly resolved. The hotel could consider dehumidifying pucks and/or having housekeeping prop bathroom doors open to air out rooms. Ps i would definitely stay again. The location is quiet, away from the chaos, but close to the subway and access to other parts of the city. Enjoy your trip.

I stayed here at javits for a convention. I didnt want to be in time square crazy and this hotel is on a small street but centrally located to walk everywhere. 10 minutes walk and i was at javits every day. First, the staff is what makes this hotel special. Early in the morning when i came from a redeye from los angeles to jfk and asked for an early check in so i could spend the day with my friend who picked me up. I just wanted to do the hotel paperwork and drop off my luggage. The sweet young lady and gentleman at the desk got me a room so i could drop off my luggage. When i met the staff in the halls and elevator they always greeted me. When i arrived, the two at the desk made sure to say hello. A sign that they are welltrained in the customer experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are small like most of new york rooms so it wasnt a problem for me. There was a refrigerator and steam iron and that was all i needed. I loved being able to walk 325 feet and get food anytime. The lobby has water, coffee and fruit 24 hours a day. They offer an early continental breakfast but i didnt partake as angelinas italian bakery is down the road and the pistachio croissants were calling my name every day. Voss water in glass is provided in the room and you can refill it anytime in the lobby. I love that they care about sustainability. Overall, i would stay here again. Ronaldo paraphenalia is everywhere so it was a treat. Thank you for a great stay.

I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in midtown. Extremely efficient, pleasant, and friendly staff. Clean hotel in a great central location. Rooms are a decent size. Value for money. Felt safe and comfortable at all times. Thank you pestana for a smooth and pleasant stay.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the front desk is open 24 hours a day, and the free coffee is unlimited. However, its only 5 minutes walk from times square. Dont hesitate to stay at the pestana cr 7 times square hotel, it was a great experience!.

This hotel is amazing! I have stayed here several times, and every time is clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Ricardo stands out the most, with a very personal approach to recommendations and making sure we as guests enjoyed our stay. He remembered us from our previous stay and made us feel welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I booked this hotel without paying too much attention to exactly where it was because it was the pestana and it said it was in times square so i was a little surprised to have to walk almost to 9th avenue and even more surprised when i couldnt get into the hotel but the rooms are great and the location convenient to many public transportation hubs to get anywhere in new york city, not to mention 42nd street and times square just around the corner! Unfortunately, port authority is the closest landmark and there are no shortage of undesirable characters near the front of the hotel but many restaurants and entertainment options. Unlike the last cr 7 hotel i stayed in, there is very little football themed here, but aside from the grass lawn outside our rooms where you could practice football and relax in the sun and the sauna and jacuzzi, it is not missed. I am unsure what the resort fee here is for as there seem to be no amenities other than free coffee and bagels in the morning, and pestana hotels with extensive amenities in Portugal charge no extra fees, but a good price for a nice place to stay on a trip to new york where i have been going to many different destinations via public transportation. I may be back!.

I felt at home from the very beginning. Upon my arrival, i was greeted by a very friendly team, who kept going through my entire stay. They knew my name all the time. The room is comfortable, spacious, and stylish, with more than the necessary amenities. The coffee station available in the lobby area is a plus. I hope to return very soon.

We had previously visited the city and stayed at the pestana hotel, but we chose to stay with them when we visited. Excellent service, reasonable pricing, and high quality. They have staff members who speak portuguese. The complimentary water and coffee in the afternoon was excellent, and the room was excellent. The hotel is not in the heart of times square, but its close by, making it an ideal location.

The room was spacious and in a great location. It was perfect for our short stay. The room and bed were comfortable. We recommend it. There is no storage space except for a few coat hangers and 2 bedside tables. It seemed a bit old but well maintained, e. G. The air conditioner was very noisy and kept turning on and off. The walkin shower was comfortable but the water sprayed a bit out of it (no shower curtain. Due to its very in town location it can be a bit noisy, but for that you are within walking distance of times square and madison square garden. Croissants and bagels are available in the lobby on a first come first served basis. Other breakfast options nearby e. G. Bagel market. Coffee machine in the room and lobby. Friendly and helpful staff.
