Primary Guest required to e-sign our online agreement and submitt a current matching photo ID (state or federal) of the primary guest within 24 hours in order to maintain the reservation.**Pet Policy Details**- Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $150 plus 13% tax per pet will apply.- Allowed Pets: Only dogs and cats are permitted, and pets must weigh 25 lbs or less.- Two pets maximum are allowed per room.-Pets allowed upon request and subject to approval.-Guests must inform in advance if they plan to bring a pet.-Pets permitted only in listed units.- Restricted Breeds:We do not allow the following breeds:- Pit Bulls- Dobermans- Rottweilers- German Shepherds- Chows- Great Danes- Presa Canaries- Akitas- Alaskan Malamutes- Siberian Huskies- Wolf-hybrids**Additional Requirements**- Pets must remain leashed when coming and going from the unit.- A current rabies vaccination certificate and a full list of current vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian must be provided prior to check-in.**Prohibited Areas**- Pets are not permitted on the pool deck, in the pool, or in any rooms around the pool.**Emotional Support Animals (ESA)**- We allow Emotional Support Animals (ESA) with:- A letter from a *licensed healthcare professional*.- A copy of vaccination records**Important Note* *Guests must book a pet-friendly room to ensure the comfort of other visitors, particularly those with pet allergies.No smoking inside the apartments, on the pool deck, or inside any other Pier Walk building. Smoke outside these areas, ash in safe container, and dispose of in trash.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
