The pioneer inn is a great place to stay in homer. I would not have asked for a better setting or hospitality. The rooms are sparkling clean, and the environment is cozy and comfortable. Lita's communication is excellent, so I'll definitely be back.

The beautiful little inn by the sea in Homer, Alaska is run by a sweet young family. The owner will greet you when you enter and show you all the local places to go and visit. The room is clean and welcoming. Absolutely recommend!

I like my stay at the Pioneer Inn it's so lovely and comfortable. The owner is very sweet and attentive to all needs. I have been here many times and would recommend it to family and friends. It is quite evident that many efforts are being put into running the inn.

After our trip to see bears was canceled due to weather and a sudden cancellation, we were lucky to be able to reserve this place last minute. The room was pleasant, spotless, and had a lovely view of the bay. Spit is just a short drive away. I really appreciate it. Lila came to our room and was very friendly. She had prepared a very comprehensive guidebook for the hotel with information on what to see, do, and restaurants in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer there.

The property here was very very nice, with a very well-appointed room, a lovely building, and gorgeous flowers. The owner's name is Joker, and he is also very helpful, with great communication skills. The place is in a perfect location.
