Rooms are indeed on the small side but if you are a single traveler or just using the room for sleep it's no issue at all, plus the price was far less than surrounding options. It was perfect for myself to attend a show, just needing a place to sleep. Staff were very friendly, area around the hotel very nice, and very close to the subway. All in all very happy

I rarely leave reviews. Great location, great staff. I arrived early on a red eye and was accommodated with an early check in. Absolutely made the difference on a quick trip to Boston.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Helpful staff and room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was lack of closet (minimal clothes hanging space) as I was in town for wedding with multiple dressy events. Otherwise a lovely stay.

I love this hotel.Staff is lovely, room is spotless, and they kindly called me and arranged pick-up for a small item I left behind. The location is perfect -- within walking distance to wonderful dining, shopping, and Harvard Square. It does not offer many amenities but is within a stone's throw of many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores (including a Star Market, Target, and CVS).

Convenient location close to the T and local restaurants & coffee shops. Check in and out was a breeze. The room was quiet & comfortable and the Margaux Supper Club was a lovely option for fine dining. I will stay again next time

Great hotel! The staff was super nice (especially the gentleman with the spider tattoo) and was so helpful when I discovered I’d accidentally booked a twin room instead of a king 😂. The room and the hotel were super clean and we really enjoyed our stay there!

The rooms were a bit on the small side, but we had a split room so we had two full bathrooms. They were clean and modern and quiet. The T was right across the street so it was easy (and cheaper) to get around without having to Uber everywhere. Lots of nearby stores and places to eat. The rooms had a coffee machine and small refrigerator, but the only microwave was in the business center in the basement, so keep that in mind. Helpful and friendly staff!

Accessibility like this can make or break a stay, and here it definitely works in the hotel’s favor. The room itself was clean and well maintained upon arrival, which set a positive tone. Housekeeping operates on request rather than as a default service, which may catch some guests off guard. That said, it’s a minor adjustment as long as you’re aware and plan accordingly. I appreciated the in room amenities complimentary water, tea, and coffee are thoughtful touches that are becoming increasingly rare, particularly at this price point. Additional conveniences, such as access to hot and cold water in the basement and a small computer area for guest use, add a layer of practicality that frequent travelers will value.
