It worked, at first check in we were fine and we have a clean room. However, when we arrived at the building door, it says that the hotel key needs to be opened, but when locked, it is duct taped open, allowing anyone to gain access, and the smoke detector is missing with just a few wires sticking out.

Overall, the facility is excellent. Many motels rely on regular upkeep and some components must be upgraded. Since the room utilizes outdated heating and cooling systems, it is difficult to set a comfortable room temperature. The low fan option in the room where I am staying right now does not work while the heat is turned on. There are better channels at many motels of the same caliber. I am not into sports or network news, so I only have a limited selection. After a long day of traveling, it would be nice to relax with some channels that I am used to. The evening desk clerk is a positive addition. Ive not been here in a while, but as soon as I entered the lobby, Beth, the evening desk clerk, recognized me and greeted me by name. It adds a special touch to the end of a difficult day. She is always friendly and always cheerful. She called to inquire about her room after being in my apartment for about 15 minutes. I hope she never leaves this facility because I think she is a valuable asset!.

I'm sorry if you stay here. But, the personnel here make things worse. The name of the quality inn has been badly damaged, and the corporate must act quickly to save this sinking ship. They want our money to do something about it. At check-in, we were told rudely that the pool was closing and that we have to pay for 1 minute extra, and then the room maintenance is very pushy and enter the room even if the do not disturb sign is not active. It's like they have been forced to leave items inside the bathroom. The shower did not drain properly, toilets did not flush well, toilet repair is old, and the breakfast items like hot sandwiches are all available.

When staying in town again, I would definitely recommend it. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast options are good, as are the pool and hot tub which appears to be in good shape, but I don't use it because I don't have enough time.
