Property was fine. Except for the sticky bathroom floor cleanliness was acceptable. Other tenants were unusually loud & foul-mouthed well-prior to sunrise.

The first thing I noticed was a bunch of dirt and crumbs behind the bed tops and on the bathroom floors. The sheet came off a corner of the bed and the bed casing was disgusting! It had blood, food, burn holes, makeup, you name it and it was on there. I told the man at the front desk and he said he was by himself and could not leave the desk. I asked for a bed skirt and vacuum and I’d do it myself and was told there were no extra skirts. When we went to strip the beds to leave today there were BED BUGS in the sheets!!!!! That could have destroyed my home if I had not noticed and know to prep the items we brought before returning them to our home. I never complain, but man this was a very, very bad experience!

Hair dryer didnt work ,there was this orange sticking stuff all over it and around the bathroom counter. There was soda spilled in the fridge. The bathroom fan and light didnt work. Two other room lamps didnt work. The green top sheet was stained with something. The front desk never answered the phone. The elevator stopped working at a point. Theres really nothing good about this place, i guess if you want someplace cheap go here but you get what u pay for in those terms.

There were mouse traps in our room. When we asked about them, the staff told us that he didn’t know what they were and that a guest must have brought them and took it with him. After that we saw multiple mouse traps in the lobby and by the food service area. The beds also had some kind of plastic wrap on the mattress that made it really loud whenever you rolled over. The lobby was nice but our stay was disappointing.
