Very standard room that was clean. The pool and hot tub are indoors which was nice for the chilly winter temperatures. Both were very clean and had plenty of chairs and towels to use. The location itself is great, plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We were allowed to check in a little early, since our room was ready. The room was clean and plenty big. The pool and whirlpool are covered, which was nice to not have to worry about sunscreen. There is an area outside to lay in the sun. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. This property is very centrally located between Smoky Mt Park, Galveston/Pidgeon Forge, Ashville, etc. We stayed in Maggie Valley all week and went in a new direction each day. This hotel is in a quiet location, a quiet town. We would stay there again.

The area is great if you are staying around Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, etc. The room was definitely worth what I paid for it, but when I stayed, the pool, hot tub, and elevator were out. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful, but not much was done with a smile. I would stay here again, but it would have been nice to use the pool and/or hot tub.

My room was clean we got missed on the first days of trash pickup and towels but that evening the front desk attended got us some towels and I happened to bring a big garbage bag with me and Maggie valley there was a lot of stuff not open yet in March most of it opens in May

This place went beyond my expectations 😀. Easy check-in, very clean room and over all the whole place was very clean. It was nice and quite. Indoor swimming pool was an added bonus 😀. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and food & fun was in close walking distance. But the breakfast they provided every morning was SOOO GOOD & very clean and kept up very well. They even had laundry room. I definitely will be staying here again and the price of our stay was so very resonable. If u choose to stay here...i dont believe u will be disappointed over anything. Everyone was so kind. ❤️❤️😀😀
