Racpanos modern stay on Forrest street was very delightful. Joe went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived earlier than check in, (which was totally my fault for not reading the check in rules) but they still worked with me and stayed in constant communication with me. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Two thumbs all the way up. You will definitely not be disappointed. Very nice.

This is not a location for the 40 plus crowd. It's more suitable for younger travelers. Accommodation was clean, but the area was not what we felt a safe area to explore. The bathroom is very small. There was no deadbolt on the door, only a code box. We didn't feel comfortable with that. Also, the windows could use some light blocking shades.

This was one of the more interesting places I've stayed in. It reminded me of a hostel with a more "homey" feel. The location is in a neighborhood and is a home that was converted into a hotel. There are 3 floors and everything is secured using passcodes (front entrance, floor, and room), which felt very secure. On my floor, three rooms shared a bathroom and a kitchen, which included a full-sized refrigerator, sink, dishes, microwave, trashcan, etc. Cleaning staff were there each morning cleaning common areas and the entire place was well kept and always tidy. I wish the bed was more comfortable, but overall it was a really good stay.

This is not the type of hotel I usually stay at. I was disappointed that the room didn't have a TV or a dresser. There was no place to spread out. The kitchen was not as open as I thought it would be. I was a little concerned of parking my car on the street overnight. You would definitely need a vehicle if you stayed since public transportation didn't look to safe.

Although it was clean and renovated, the facility was not designed to be a hotel, but rather an appartment. The rooms were extremely not well isolated and we were woken up by the sounds of a block party with roaring music. Due to the neighborhood it is in, I do not recommend that any children stay here. Moreover, it was not easily accessible from NYC. Overall, it was a overpriced, but okay stay for us.

Nice place but needs to up its game. The area doesn't seem too safe. Especially late evenings/nights. I wish the towels and the couch were cleaner. The bathroom is kinda small, but the price is great for one night.

when i got there it reeked of weed, everything was a mess. dirty dishes, both beds were both unmade, the towels were all dirty and on the floor

There was not any person to open the door it was late night and the area was actually very scary I waited there for about 45 minutes no one came to open the door and my money dropped so, I will never recommend this place to anyone

The area is sketchy, common area in poor condition and not clean, people smoking in house, dirty sheets, moldy bathroom curtain and walls, supposed to have toiletries but did not, hair on wall in bathroom. The list goes on and on. I ended up finding a hotel for the 3rd night it was so bad. Will be requesting a refund.
