I've recently left your hotel. She was unfriendly and unfriendly, it's quite disappointing behavior. You shouldn't return to that motel if it is simply one employee with a bad attitude. The condition of the room was spotless. Everything was delicious, and it was good. The breakfast buffet was accessible. And every other employee that we worked with was pleasant. Everything was nice about it, except for the day shift receptionist. It is a titanium status that permits late check-outs. Late check-out wasn't an issue when we reserved it. But when we checked on the request on Friday morning, this clerk indicated that we do not allow late check-outs on Fridays and Saturdays. She gave in and promised to do us a favor after we question the policy. It's a great favor? Over the past few years, we've been with Marriott nearly 100 times. We are a provider of business with Marriott. She was incredibly injures and outright indignant. That is depressing. It takes only one bad attitude from one employee. On the plus side, the room was tidy. The brunch buffet was available and all of the meals were good.

This is my favorite hotel that we have ever stayed in. The front desk staff member, Darlene, was the friendliest individual I've ever met! She was on point and ready to assist at any moment. She recommended wonderful meals and drinks at the bar. The bar tender, chuck, was second to none at all. He prepared almost any drink we could spit out at him and played requested songs.
