Everything was dirty. The staff was rude. I didn't want to walk on the floor without shoes in my room. I was refused an extra pillow. I was concerned for my safety as well. Would not recommend.

Pretty average for a tired older property. The reception desk was like Fort Knox, not a pleasant welcome. The room was clean but very tired, with broken furniture, a rusty tub, and a squeaky, worn-out mattress. Still okay for a quick one-night stop.

Worn out and filthy. I didn't see bugs, but other guest warned there were roaches. The staff was mediocre. Asked front desk for towels was told would need to wait until morning. Pool was closed, and courtyard area has not been mowed for a very long time. Glass door to pool taped up. Ceiling tiles in hallway broken. Chair in room so dirty we put a towel over it to sit down. Low nightly rate, but you get what you pay for. at least the AC worked.

The place was iry! I really didn't know how to cancel the room. When we got there, the bottom half of motel the windows were covered with paper, half of it falling off. When I went inside, I noticed the restaurant was closed and the clerk said it was no longer operating. I asked where the Longhorn Restaurant was and she didn't know that either. It was at the bottom of the hill, about 1/4 mile away, if that. One of the side doors had been held open with a trash can. I would think that would allow anyone to come in without checking in first. But I think there was only one other room rented in the whole place. There was only one other car at 5 am in the morning. The halls were freezing. The room was very old, very tired of being used and should also be renovated. I have never had to put my bath towels on the chair because it looked so dirty. Too bad, it looked like in it's day, it must have been quite beautiful.

There was blood on the threshold above the bathroom. The room was dusty enough to make my husband who doesn’t have allergies struggle to breathe and snore which he never does. There were cigarette burns in the bathroom and the linen on the bed. Dirty glue rat traps. I went in cleaning as to not complain. There was an odor. The toilet barely flushed. There was dried bodily fluid on the chair. Paint stains on the carpet among other stuff. barely any plugs to charge phones. I will never return.

Hotel clerk was very nice. Hallways dirty. Carpets dirty. I’m the room bathroom light didn’t work. Cockroach glue traps with bugs stuck to it. Live cockroach in the bathroom. Terrible smell in the room. Like a smoking room but the room was non smoking. Stains on the ceiling. Lumps on the carpet in the room. Doors dirty and paper sticker room numbers. Pretty terrible
