Everything was dirty. The staff was rude. I didn't want to walk on the floor without shoes in my room. I was refused an extra pillow. I was concerned for my safety as well. Would not recommend.

Parking was good. Staff was good. Everything in room was good but need more freshness. Mats should be cleaned or changed. Paint needs. And the thing i don't like is breakfast. Need also some veggies options. So that everyone is comfortable. Thanks

Pretty average for a tired older property. The reception desk was like Fort Knox, not a pleasant welcome. The room was clean but very tired, with broken furniture, a rusty tub, and a squeaky, worn-out mattress. Still okay for a quick one-night stop.

Old style hotel, more like a motel, no elevators, hard for older folks especially someone was wearing knees, hard to locate rooms, outdated rooms, dirty ceiling, cracked tub, broken chair arm, staff was not friendly, cold breakfast in a bag like you get in schools. Overall, okay for one night only stay if you can’t get a room anywhere else and looking for a reasonable priced place.

The room was clean but the sink continued to run. The sink won’t stop running. The toilet continued to run and you had to hold the lever until everything went down. The chain latch on the door wasn’t functioning properly. It was broken. We couldn’t remove the latch properly because the chain was too short. We had to remove it from the right side of the chain. The chain that was attached to the door frame on the right side… the chain was broken. That’s where we had to unlatch the door chain from the frame.

Worn out and filthy. I didn't see bugs, but other guest warned there were roaches. The staff was mediocre. Asked front desk for towels was told would need to wait until morning. Pool was closed, and courtyard area has not been mowed for a very long time. Glass door to pool taped up. Ceiling tiles in hallway broken. Chair in room so dirty we put a towel over it to sit down. Low nightly rate, but you get what you pay for. at least the AC worked.

Asked for non smoking. First room had burns on the floor and reeked of cigarettes. I smoke, outside, so the the smell was bad. Clerk said folks had stayed couple days before and smoked in it. Said "they cleaned it". While it was clean, the smell could not be removed. Once placed in a new room it was ok. Every door even from the lobby, needed a key card to enter. Property needs help. No breakfast. Pay a little more stay down the road.

Very Sketchy place. It was crawling with cops at 1030 when I arrived, one kept said to me “better be careful” I would have e left but it was non refundable. Never again

Old, dilapidated hotel. Smells of smoke inside the building. Dirty carpets, moldy bathroom with broken toilet. Gym is a joke. Pool is closed. Restaurant is closed. Breakfast is a go bag with frozen sandwich to heat up in microwave. The price was reasonable and we needed a place to crash for 2 nights with a child. If you spend as little amount of time in the room during the day, it’s an ok place to be in
