This place is good for spending time and has a good host as karen is the best host. The location of this hotel is strategically located so it is close to all the tourist attractions. The breakfast is also good and plentiful. This place has a good choice if you enjoy jazz music. We will stay here again.

This beautiful historic home has a very welcoming and helpful owner and staff. Although the rooms are small, we were still very comfortable. Being close to numerous jazz bars was also a plus. The french quarter is also close by on foot.

The rooms were wonderful. The water pressure in the blue room was terrible. The Miss Julia and Karen were excellent. They knew their way around and pointed you in the appropriate direction. The location is excellent for Frenchmen Street. Although the patio is lovely, it could use some updating. Breakfast was excellent, but only on the first day. Fruit, bread, and rice, yogurt, chicory coffee, and other coffee flavors. We were not provided on the other days, instead, we were served the costco baked goods and hardboiled eggs for ourselves.

The Reggae room was great for my husband and I. The bathroom is a nice size, and the room is big enough for us to move around. The entire home is neat and stunning. No need to worry about that because every guest had her own privacy inside the home. Every neighborhood eateries, shops, and jazz clubs are all within walking distance of the property. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had since visiting New Orleans. Karen is a fantastic host and is. Judy is the party's lifeblood. We had a great time and will certainly be back.

Our hostess karen was the worst! She made us feel right at home. she is professional and friendly, she recommends great restaurants in the area and told us many cultural details we otherwise would not have known, as this was our first experience in Nola. The accommodations themselves were great, very comfortable rooms and breakfast snacks are great. We rented a car for our trip, but most of the time we walked everywhere in the french quarter. The only time we drove was when we visited the wait museum. The rp's location is great, only about a block from many jazz clubs, but our street was pretty quiet even on a busy sat night. Thanks for making our stay memorable.
