I've stayed here a lot because my daughter went to Sanford University. When I came down, I went down and did not stay anywhere else. The rooms and the hotel in general are very good. Also, the natural waterfall behind the building is beautiful.

Thank you for a wonderful visit, Rhonda. I've stayed at this red roof in birmingham, al many times over the years. I'm always welcomed by Dover and glad to see you. A very friendly staff that makes traveling away from home feel like home. My room is always clean and everything is provided. I can't wait to come back next month. I feel safe and happy while there I would not stay anywhere else. You want to feel at home in a clean room where the staff remember your name, this is your spot.

Overall, I wholeheartedly endorse this red roof and will return whenever I visit town. I stayed here last year, so I had to stay here again when I returned to birmingham, and I was not dissatisfied. I received the renovated superior king, which was fantastic. Everything appeared to be brand new and in working order. On a scorching hot day, the air conditioner released very chilly air. The refrigerator was incredibly tidy and cold. Wifi was fairly fast and reliable, with a plethora of maps downloading. You can be pleased with the selection because the to shows cable channels in ok and there are several hbo channels. The hotel must print those channels list sheets and place them in all of the rooms. The mattress was cozy, and the pillows were fluffy. The shower head is a minor complaint, just has less pressure than I like it. Try to upgrade to a head with big, powerful jets, please. I don't like allowed floors either, so at least attempt to tape a rug near the door so that you can take off your wet shoes without catching wet spots all over the room on rainy days. Additionally, place a rug near the bed so that bare feet don't touch a bare floor. I can't be the only person who enjoys carpets in hotel rooms, right? The

I stay here every time I am in town for work. It's quiet, cozy, and reasonably priced. She is always there to make sure you have everything you need for a good stay. From recommending restaurants to giving directions to get there. Everything is always with a smile.

We required a last-minute place to remain for a tournament that was only offered for two nights. Unfortunately, the photos of the bright interior and white walls in the area are currently being renovated. We got the photo with the red walls, but all I needed was a clean space to stay with a clean bathroom and shower that didn't feel overly motel. This is what I got, I appreciate it! The absence of a mini fridge in our room was the one drawback. I'm not sure if it was removed for remodeling or something, but overall stay was exactly what we needed. The bed frame and drawers are a touch scuffed and appear older, but at that time, the location is getting renovated, it wasn't ideal. Also lovely was the staff, and checking in and out was simple and quick. Also, the coffee bar was lovely, which was greatly appreciated for the drive home.
