It's in a good area walkable to Target several restaurants and it's relatively close to anything you want to drive to.... The room is more than adequate. Good space. It was a tile floor. They allow the first pet for free. I had an esa. The shower was in good shape The outside of the building has some major work that needs to be done... I guess water has gotten back behind the lathe and there are lots of cracks etc. The water for the shower... Let's just say this. I got wet... Very little shower pressure.... However, the water gets very hot!! So pluses and minuses there. It was no mold or mildew in the shower. The beds were not very comfortable. But showing up for a quick visit. Everything was in the tolerable range. The front staff and the manager were very kind and hospitable. So location, clean shower and hot water, and a clean bed (even if it wasn't extremely comfortable)... Is why it has such a good rating.
