I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! They were incredibly accommodating and helpful when I ran into an issue with another hotel. The place is clean, and the service is exceptionally friendly. I'd absolutely stay here again. Definitely a 5-star experience!

This hotel could be great, but needs significant renovations. We had four pillows in the room each with a stained zippered pillowcase and no pillows. The carpeting leading to the second floor was incredibly stained, and the lobby door handles into the lobby were damaged. We stayed in a double room with one bath towel and one hand towel. We requested more towels and were given one additional bath towel that had holes in it and was dry rotted. There was no shampoo or soap in the room.

We had previously been there and found the facility to be excellent. Before things get worse, the facility needs an update. The air conditioning was wonderful. For the shower, there was a laundry that ran out. Upon arrival, seven people were smoking right outside the door and nearby. There was neither a pool nor breakfast offered. The front desk employee was fantastic and assisted us in every way possible. When you first entered the hallway leading to the nonsmoking room, there was nothing you could smell. The bed was cozy, and the bed was clean and smelling clean. The carpets and furnishings in the rooms were all stained and have animal hair on them. The hair dryer was left unintentionally and easily on the wall with a broken plug, and the tub had burned cigarette stains. There was no bulb in the lamp next to the bed. The sofa cushions were soiled and covered in animal hair. I had to rehabilitate them myself using a vacuum. The shower was unclean due to a lack of shampoo. The I door was not locked outside and was accessible to the public, so it was accessible to the general public. Around 9.30 a. M., the fire alarm went off, and the receptionist was on the outside speaking with the occupants of the car that had entered the building. Prior to it to get worse, the facility requires updating. a terrifically working air

Our trip from cincinnati, Ohio to lafayette, Wyoming, was an unexpected one when we were informed that his mother was leaving abruptly and unexpectedly. This area hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while, and it was unquestionably not entirely cleaned before we arrived. The floors were still covered with tags from previous visitors' purchases of clothing. There appeared to have never been cleaned the surge protector for the coffee maker. The walls were filthy. When I stay in a hotel, I have at best expected shampoo and soap. We had soap, but no shampoo. Given the lack of cleanliness in the rest of the room, I wouldn't have been comfortable using the coffee pot if the only coffee was decaf. My husband and I simply needed a pet-friendly spot to rest for a few hours and cleaning.

I needed a place to stay overnight and booked here for around $70 on a Saturday into Sunday morning. A no-frills place that could use a little work, but check in was easy and the room was clean, The bed was soft and the pillows a bit hard. Shower was excellent (which for me, is all that matters) and the shower head had LEDS in it…never seen that before!! 😊😊

Terrible - we already cancelled return visit. Website says breakfast included - the lady at the desk said that’s no longer the case. Room dirty and in disrepair. No in roomcoffee. No towels or enough toilet paper. The pictures on website are not even close to the room. We already canceled reservation for return trip and found a different place.
