I will always return here, and this place is great value. Nothing extravagant, but everyone went out of their way to help me right away. Thanks to Mike and the shy rp? who were kind and helpful. I was tired from a long day of driving with three dogs in the cold of winter and greatly appreciated their kindness. Superior king size refrigeratormicrowave. I slept well, and the bed was comfortable. If we have mobility issues, we would be thankful not to have to navigate the stairs because there was an elevator. Dennis is close if you need a bite. Nothing opulent, but for a brief overnight it was ideal and best of all, it was priced wise. On my return journey home a few nights later, I stayed there once more.

We are coming for the graduation weekend with our whole family in Syracuse. All the rooms in our block were fine. The staff was very accommodating which is why I wrote this review. We appreciated their efforts to make us feel welcome.

We arrived and it was shut down. No notice or warning. I have sent in a refund request in but have not heard a word since. Expedia has failed me. Booked it through expedia. Expedia should have notified me the place had shutdown. Drove 500 miles with no place to stay. Not a good feeling to be left in the cold. If this actually gets read, I hope in the future you update your clientele with important info as changes are made.

It was absolutely terrible. It was advertised as a non-smoking establishment. Every room smell worse than an old bar ashtray staying in the room for more than one minute. My clothes had already smelled like it. The first room they sent me in the door didn’t even shut. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If it was the last roof available to put over somebody’s head a tent in the middle of the medium on a super busy freeway would’ve been a safe place to stay the night.

No one at desk when arriving, had to call out for someone to check me in. Key failed to work in door, had to walk to lobby and call out for someone to assist me. Key worked but had to shoulder door to open. No phone in room to report TV not working, had to walk to report it not working. Told it would be fixed but never was. Room was only cleaned one day. Left room on Thursday morning, April 09/26 and told them toilet was not working. Came back to room late that night and found bed not made, toilet not fixed with strong odor from toilet because not being able to be flushed. Walked to lobby and had to call out for someone. Explained what I found and was told no one there to help till morning I immediately check out leaving two nights left on my reservation.. I think this RED ROOF INN should be investigated by EXPEDIA, Health Department, Fire Department, City of Syracuse and County and State investigators.

The blanket and towels were blemished, the toilet smelled like someone had vomited, and there was no hairdryer. I even found a cockroach. Overall, this is a poorly managed hotel.
