This motel was really well-maintained. The bed in the room was comfy. I liked the extra touch of a cereal bar next to the coffee mug. The owner of the front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

I hope to stay here again next year while watching the autumn colors. We were out with another couple chasing the lovely fall colors without a itinerary or hotel reservations. We came across redwood arms and were pleasantly surprised to find such a treasure. I am a member of several national hotel chains and spend over 100 nights per year in hotels. Redwood was one of the cleanest I have ever been in. Wonderful owners and family. It was a real pleasure to stay and meet the family. We had no issues with the nearby highway.

At first glance this motel appears to be a relic of the era or era. However, the rooms are quite large we were in 11, extremely clean, king bed very comfortable, 2 sinks, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The ownermanager was polite and pleasant to talk to and warned us how difficult it is to balance spending a lot of money on modernizing the building and keeping it affordable for guests. One wing of what was the original motel has been transformed into small businesses coffee roaster, chiropractor, and a restaurant opening soon. We met and had coffee with the owner of the coffee roasting business coffee$1. Cup, a pleasant overnight stay in the small and intriguing town of panic.

The management is also very helpful and friendly about the area and this little motel is an older property. We had a peaceful night and enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again.
